From Trend to Triumph
How a leading FMCG brand used agentic AI to respond to a national viral moment in days, not weeks, without compromising creativity or brand tone.
Overview
One of India’s leading FMCG brands in the mental relaxation and stress-relief category wanted to stay culturally relevant in fast-moving digital conversations. While its traditional agency setup worked for planned campaigns, it struggled to deliver speed during real-time moments. The challenge became evident during the rollout of GST 2.0, when public discourse peaked and the brand wanted to respond immediately with a timely, stress-busting campaign.
The Challenge
Long creative turnaround times made it difficult to react to rapidly evolving trends. Agency-led workflows slowed execution, causing the brand to miss in-the-moment engagement opportunities. During GST 2.0, the inability to move fast risked losing relevance at the height of public attention.
The Solution
Nagent AI deployed an agentic AI system with two specialized agents. The ideation and script generation agent analyzed trending content, public sentiment, past high-performing campaigns, and competitor activity to generate multiple creative concepts and full video scripts with controlled creativity and brand fidelity. The ad video agent converted these scripts into culturally relevant videos, using Indian gestures, expressions, and contextual understanding to deliver realistic, human-like storytelling aligned with brand guidelines.
The Result
The entire process from request to release was completed in just three days. The campaign went live while GST 2.0 was still trending and achieved strong alignment with the national mood, delivering emotionally relevant and relatable storytelling.
Impact
Within five days, the campaign became the brand’s second-highest engagement video ever, outperforming several past campaigns and ranking just behind a celebrity-led production. The case proved that with the right agentic systems, speed and creativity can scale together.
