Every plan meters agent work in credits, visible in the workspace. As a guide: a rendered video is about 25 credits, a campaign build about 40, an AEO page audit about 10. When the month's allowance runs out, paid tools pause and nothing is deleted. Upgrade for a larger allowance. Top up any time with a pack of 1,000, 5,000 or 25,000 credits, valid for 12 months.
Agents earn their level.
Agent teams do the work, collect feedback, and get promoted through five levels as the results come in. Agents earn XP through their action scores. Strong performance promotes an agent to the next level; a slip moves it one level down. Each plan sets the ceiling an agent can reach.

What is a credit?
Credits are the unit of agent work. Each plan includes a monthly allowance: Solo 1,000, Team 6,000 and Business 30,000 credits. As a guide, a rendered video is about 25 credits, a campaign build about 40 and an answer engine page audit about 10. The allowance resets at the start of each month.
What happens when credits run out?
Once the month's allowance is used, paid tools pause and conversations keep working. At 1.2 times the allowance everything pauses until the next month starts, you upgrade or you buy credits. Top up any time with a pack of 1,000, 5,000 or 25,000 credits, valid for 12 months, spent after the plan's monthly credits. Nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is prorated. A downgrade applies at your next renewal. Assets are frozen, never deleted, and reactivate if you upgrade again.
What is a Growth Pod?
A Growth Pod is a human expert engagement attached to an agent team. Each pod carries one outcome, a fixed timebox and a binary definition of done. Pods are available on Business and Enterprise.
What are annual-only features?
A small set of features, KB Graph, self-improving memory and video call presence, unlock on annual billing because they need longer operational windows to deliver value.
