Build Craft is the deployment layer. Once Helix has validated an agent system, Build Craft packages it into a production-ready agentic application — with monitoring, version control, rollback capability, and one-click deployment. Think of it as the DevOps layer for agents.

KARMIC (our proprietary continuous-learning engine) captures signal from every agent run — task success rates, user feedback, output quality scores, and downstream business outcomes. It uses this signal to automatically refine prompts, adjust routing logic, and update memory without any manual retraining. Agents improve with every execution, compounding in quality over time.

Agent Smriti (Sanskrit for "memory") is Nagent's persistent memory layer. It stores facts, user preferences, decisions, and outcomes across sessions, users, and agents — indexed semantically so the most relevant context surfaces automatically at runtime. Unlike standard RAG, Smriti writes back after every interaction, giving agents institutional knowledge that grows over time.

Nagent connects to 100+ tools natively — including Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Jira, Confluence, Zapier, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, AWS, GCP, and Azure. For anything not natively supported, a generic REST/GraphQL connector and a Zapier bridge cover virtually every SaaS tool.

No. Your data is never used to train shared or public models. In the managed cloud tier, all data is encrypted at rest and in transit, isolated per tenant, and retained only per your configuration. In sovereign deployment mode, your data stays entirely within your own infrastructure — Nagent's servers never see it.
