Founder-Led Innovation (Video Creation Workflow)

As the CEO of Nagent, Pratap Behera built and trained a Multi-Agentic Workflow System capable of producing high-quality, research-backed videos autonomously using his own AI avatar. This system transforms end-to-end video production into a fully automated pipeline, enabling rapid, consistent, and high-quality content creation at scale.

Traditional video production, comprising research, scripting, recording, and editing, consumes hours of effort. As a founder producing thought leadership content regularly, Pratap needed a system that could replicate his voice and style, maintain credibility, and automate the research and scriptwriting process to generate professional presenter-style videos without the manual overhead.

Pratap designed a five-agent system using the Nagent platform. An Avatar Creation Agent was built using Pratap’s voice and video samples, while a Research Agent identified trending topics across the web. A Scriptwriting Agent converted research into scripts matching his tone, and an Avatar Video Agent generated the final high-quality presenter videos featuring the AI avatar delivering the content.

End-to-end video creation was reduced from hours to minutes, allowing for consistent founder-led content output across channels. The combination of deep research and a personal voice resulted in highly credible thought leadership through a scalable system capable of producing multiple videos daily.

This project demonstrates how executives and creators can clone their expertise into autonomous AI systems. By building his own multi-agent workflow, Pratap Behera showcased the power of Nagent AI, proving that anyone can automate knowledge, scale influence, and create engaging video content with minimal effort.
