Long-form video, from explainer to webinar cut-down
Alpha makes long-form video: chaptered product explainers, founder updates read by a digital twin over charts, and webinar recordings cut down to the moments that matter, in the speaker's own voice.
The presets Alpha works from
Product explainer
Chapters are Kinetiq scenes and product moments are generated from RUPA keyframes. Past 60 seconds the complex band applies, and generated shots are capped at 8 seconds each.
16:9, or 16:9 and 1:1. 90, 120 or 180 seconds. Cast: nobody, the product is the subject. Product moments start from RUPA keyframes.
Founder update
A presenter piece from a digital twin. The voice is cloned from the release recording, its pace measured once, and every chart is timed to it.
16:9, or 16:9 and 9:16. 120, 90 or 180 seconds. Cast: the workspace's digital twin, with a written release on file.
Webinar cut-down
The recording is transcribed first, moments are picked against the beats and cut together in the speaker's own voice, with captions where a Kinetiq template is bound.
16:9, or 16:9 and 9:16. 180, 120 or 90 seconds, from a longer recording. Cast: the speakers in your own footage, never synthesised.
How Alpha runs it
- 01
Slate
Alpha turns the brief or studio prompt into a priced plan, or says what is missing: a product keyframe, consented footage, voice-over lines for a talking format, or a quote within the budget cap.
- 02
Board
The storyboard sets out the shots, the layers and the credit quote before anything renders.
Waits for a personA person approves the storyboard, or the workspace lets Alpha approve her own.
- 03
Cast
Every shot that puts a persona on screen is cast with one that may be used today, or the job waits and says why.
- 04
Route
Each shot is given its lane: generated, presenter, or composed in Kinetiq.
- 05
Render
Any generated and presenter shots render, within the job's caps.
- 06
Cut
Each ratio is cut with the disclosure, supers and offer on screen. Where a Kinetiq template is bound, Kinetiq also lays the captions, the logo and the end card. Each rendition is signed with Content Credentials.
- 07
Proof
PROOF checks the file spec, loudness, black or frozen frames, the product against its image, the disclosure layer and the Content Credentials, and writes one report.
Waits for a personA person reviews the proof before delivery.
- 08
Reel
The video goes back to whoever asked for it, and its creator is told in their Alpha thread.
What Alpha needs from you
Product keyframe
An image of your product from the RUPA library; every product shot starts from it.
Consented footage
Your recording, with rights on file and consent recorded for anyone in it.
A twin's written release
For a founder update, the person's written release, kept on file with the date it runs to.
Copy or HOOK's brief
Voice-over lines, supers and the call to action. Alpha never writes them.
Music
A licensed library cue, an original generated track, a track you own, or none.
Logo
Your workspace's logo, which Kinetiq places on a cut made from a bound template.
What is governed
Release and revoke
A digital twin renders only with a written release on file. Revoking it refuses new renders at once, stops open jobs casting it and flags every asset made with it.
Disclosure on every synthetic presenter
A persona on screen carries a disclosure layer, and PROOF blocks a cut without one.
Real people only in their own footage
A real customer appears only in their own consented footage, which is never synthesised.
Content Credentials
Each rendition is signed with Content Credentials as it is cut; a cut whose signing failed is kept, and PROOF asks for a fix.
Spend caps
Jobs run within daily and per action caps, and spending past a cap is always a person's decision.
Questions about Alpha
How long does a long video take?
Renders take 30 minutes to 2 hours of wall-clock time. Each job carries a clock and shows the stage it has actually reached, so a slow render is never shown as cut.
Whose voice is in a founder update?
The twin's voice is cloned from the release recording, so it renders only while that written release is on file and in date.
Is anything generated in a webinar cut-down?
No. The recording is transcribed, moments are picked against the beats and cut together in the speaker's own voice, with captions where a Kinetiq template is bound. Real footage is never synthesised.
What quality can I choose?
Three tiers: Test renders 720p animatics only, Standard renders 1080p, and Hero renders 4K masters. Alpha quotes the credits before anything renders.
Does it run without me?
It is autopilot with a check at the end: once assets, budget and the brief are in place, the preset carries each job from brief to proof by itself, and a person reviews the proof before delivery. A person approves each storyboard, or the workspace lets Alpha approve her own.
How much does Alpha cost?
Alpha works on the Content team. Nagent plans are Solo at $29.99 a month ($19.99 billed annually), Team at $299 a month ($199 billed annually) and Business at $1,499 a month ($999 billed annually). Enterprise is by quote. The pricing page shows which teams each plan includes.
