Sub-processors
Version 1.0 · Last updated October 15, 2026
1. What this page covers
A sub-processor is a third party that Nagent (PWIN Technologies Private Limited) engages to process personal data on behalf of our customers, as part of the Nagent platform. This page covers the sub-processors for the Nagent self-serve plans, under our Data Processing Agreement.
It does not cover services that a customer connects to its own accounts, such as its own advertising, analytics, CRM, email or calendar accounts. The customer chooses those, and they are governed by the customer's own agreements with them. For Enterprise deployments, the providers are those set out in the customer's agreement.
2. Our sub-processors
Nagent uses third-party sub-processors to provide the Service, for example for hosting, data storage, AI model providers, payments and email.
We will publish the list of our sub-processors on this page, and we will update it before a new sub-processor begins processing customer personal data.
3. Our commitments
Every sub-processor is bound by a written agreement imposing data protection obligations no less protective than our Data Processing Agreement. We assess each one for security before engaging it.
No training on customer data. We use AI model providers under commercial agreements that prohibit the provider from using the data we send to train its models, and Nagent does not train models on customer data.
Transfers. Our primary hosting is in India. Where a sub-processor processes personal data outside India, the transfer complies with section 16 of the DPDP Act. For personal data from the EEA, UK or Switzerland, it is covered by an adequacy decision or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum.
4. Changes to this list
We will update this page, and email customers who subscribe to updates and Workspace administrators, at least 30 days before a new sub-processor begins processing customer personal data. In an emergency affecting security or service continuity, we will give notice as soon as practicable.
A customer may object on reasonable data protection grounds by writing to privacy@nagent.ai within 15 days of the notice. Section 7.4 of our Data Processing Agreement sets out how an objection is handled.
To receive these notices, write to privacy@nagent.ai with the subject "Sub-processor updates".
