Organic social video, from characters, footage or screens
Alpha makes organic social video: dialogue scenes with recurring brand characters for Instagram Reels, cut-downs of your own footage for YouTube Shorts, and screenshot explainers for LinkedIn.
The presets Alpha works from
Instagram Reel
Recurring brand-owned characters in a multi-shot dialogue scene with one product screen composited, disclosed as synthetic.
9:16. 30, 60 or 90 seconds. Cast: Nila and Dev, library characters disclosed as AI-generated. The hook is planned to land inside 3 seconds.
YouTube Short
Your footage with rights on file is transcribed, moments are picked against the beats and cut together in the original voice, with captions where a Kinetiq template is bound.
9:16. 45 or 60 seconds. Cast: the people in your own footage, never synthesised.
LinkedIn explainer
Screenshots or a screen capture over a Kinetiq template, with voice-over and synced captions, one render per ratio.
16:9, or 16:9 and 1:1. 60, 90 or 120 seconds. Cast: nobody. Captions are burned in.
How Alpha runs it
- 01
Slate
Alpha turns the brief or studio prompt into a priced plan, or says what is missing: a product keyframe, consented footage, voice-over lines for a talking format, or a quote within the budget cap.
- 02
Board
The storyboard sets out the shots, the layers and the credit quote before anything renders.
Waits for a personA person approves the storyboard, or the workspace lets Alpha approve her own.
- 03
Cast
Every shot that puts a persona on screen is cast with one that may be used today, or the job waits and says why.
- 04
Route
Each shot is given its lane: generated, presenter, or composed in Kinetiq.
- 05
Render
Any generated and presenter shots render, within the job's caps.
- 06
Cut
Each ratio is cut with the disclosure, supers and offer on screen. Where a Kinetiq template is bound, Kinetiq also lays the captions, the logo and the end card. Each rendition is signed with Content Credentials.
- 07
Proof
PROOF checks the file spec, loudness, black or frozen frames, the product against its image, the disclosure layer and the Content Credentials, and writes one report.
Waits for a personA person reviews the proof before delivery.
- 08
Reel
The video goes back to whoever asked for it, and its creator is told in their Alpha thread.
What Alpha needs from you
Consented footage
Your own footage with rights on file and consent recorded for anyone in it.
Screenshots
Screenshots or a screen capture of your product.
Copy or HOOK's brief
Voice-over lines, supers and the call to action. Alpha never writes them.
Voice
The original voice for your footage, a recorded voice-over stem, or a voice lane.
Music
A licensed library cue, an original generated track, a track you own, or none.
Logo
Your workspace's logo, which Kinetiq places on a cut made from a bound template.
What is governed
Disclosure on every synthetic presenter
Characters on screen carry a disclosure layer, and PROOF blocks a cut without one.
Real people only in their own footage
A real customer appears only in their own consented footage, which is never synthesised.
Content Credentials
Each rendition is signed with Content Credentials as it is cut; a cut whose signing failed is kept, and PROOF asks for a fix.
Spend caps
Jobs run within daily and per action caps, and spending past a cap is always a person's decision.
Questions about Alpha
Who are the characters in the Instagram Reel?
Nila and Dev, recurring characters from Nagent's library whose disclosure reads AI-generated characters. They are not real people, and PROOF blocks a cut that puts them on screen without the disclosure layer.
Can real customers appear?
Only in their own footage, with consent recorded. Without it the job waits for consent, and their footage is cut, never synthesised.
Which voices can I use?
Keep the original voice for your own footage, use Kinetiq voice-over with captions synced to it where a template is bound, upload a recorded voice-over stem that Alpha times the cut to, or use a persona's canonical voice.
What about music?
A licensed library cue cleared per placement, an original generated track, a track you own with its rights warranted, or no music at all.
Does it run without me?
It is autopilot with a check at the end: once assets, budget and the brief are in place, the preset carries each job from brief to proof by itself, and a person reviews the proof before delivery. A person approves each storyboard, or the workspace lets Alpha approve her own.
How much does Alpha cost?
Alpha works on the Content team. Nagent plans are Solo at $29.99 a month ($19.99 billed annually), Team at $299 a month ($199 billed annually) and Business at $1,499 a month ($999 billed annually). Enterprise is by quote. The pricing page shows which teams each plan includes.
