Top agentic AI use cases for Real Estate in H2 2026

Buyers now ask AI search where to live, regulators are watching property ads more closely, and India’s data protection rules are being phased in. These eight use cases are where agents earn their place in the second half of 2026.

What should real estate leaders use agentic AI for in the second half of 2026?In H2 2026, real estate teams should use agentic AI to keep project facts correct in Google AI Mode answers, answer multilingual enquiries on chat and voice, keep DPDP consent records across every lead source, audit partner ads against RERA rules, brief the pricing committee weekly and run lease renewal plays for commercial tenants.

Project fact files that keep AI Mode and AI Overviews answers correct

Buyers increasingly ask Google AI Mode and other answer engines which projects suit their budget and commute, and Pew Research found that Google users click on links less often when an AI summary appears. The marketing head needs each project described correctly in those answers, with a clear route to book a visit.

Each month, DRIS runs the buyer question panel for each project across AI Mode, AI Overviews and other answer engines. One answer gives the wrong possession date, and DRIS traces it to an old listing. Corrections to the project page, FAQs, structured data and the Google Business Profile are drafted with a direct site-visit booking link. The marketing head and legal approve every factual change. The next panel shows whether answers now carry the registered facts.

  2. Run the panel across AI Mode, AI Overviews and other answer engines, recording whether the project appears and which facts are stated.
  3. Flag wrong possession dates, areas, prices or registration details, and trace each error to the page or listing it came from.
  4. Draft corrections to project pages, FAQs, structured data and the Google Business Profile for each sales gallery, including a direct site-visit booking link.
  5. Approved by Marketing head and LegalThe marketing head and legal approve every factual change before it is published.
  6. Publish the approved changes and re-run the panel the next month to confirm the answers moved.

Multilingual project enquiries answered on chat and voice

Google rolled AI Mode out across several Indian languages in 2025, and buyers now expect the same from developers. A customer conversation agent answers project questions in the buyer’s language on the website, WhatsApp and phone, books visits and hands over to sales with the full transcript.

Late on a weeknight, a buyer calls the project number in their own language. Convexa detects it and answers from the approved knowledge base on location, configurations, RERA details and payment plans, then books a video tour and records budget and timeline in LeadSquared. A discount question goes to a named person with the transcript. The sales head approves that knowledge base and every escalation rule. After-hours enquiries now end in booked visits, not missed calls.

DPDP consent records across portals, partners and events

A developer’s leads arrive from portals, channel partners, expos, ads and walk-ins, each with different consent. With the DPDP Rules, 2025 notified in November 2025 and obligations phased in, the revenue operations lead needs one record of what each person agreed to and a way to honour withdrawals everywhere. RIVA, our revenue operations teammate, is coming soon and will keep that record.

A channel partner uploads expo leads to Salesforce without proof of consent. RIVA, coming soon, will map each source to the notice shown, record the purposes agreed, and hold that batch from outreach. The data protection lead approves the notice text, purpose mapping and handling of flagged leads. When a buyer withdraws, RIVA will carry the change to the CRM, WhatsApp, email and DLT SMS lists within the agreed time.

Partner and broker ad audit as RERA and ASCI monitoring widens

Regulators now work with ASCI to find non-compliant property ads, and MahaRERA and TGRERA have formal arrangements with it. Many violations come from partners and brokers running their own ads, so the marketing head needs a weekly view of every ad that names the project.

The weekly scan begins: MIRA and NIA search Meta Ad Library, Google Ads Transparency Center, MagicBricks and social posts for anything that names the project. A broker’s ad is missing the registration number and the state QR code. It is matched to the channel partner in the CRM and a correction notice is drafted. The marketing head approves the notice and decides whether to pause the partner. Days to correction shrink, and the evidence for the regulator is kept.

  4. Approved by Marketing headThe marketing head approves each notice and any escalation such as pausing a partner.
  5. Send the notices, re-check the ads after the deadline and keep the evidence for the regulator.

Guardrail. Every ad naming a registered project, including a partner’s, needs the registration details required by Section 11(2) of RERA and the state authority’s orders, and superlatives such as “largest” or “best” need substantiation under the ASCI Code.

Weekly absorption and pricing briefs for the sales committee

ANAROCK reported that housing sales volumes in India’s top seven cities fell in 2025 while sales value rose, so pricing and offer decisions now carry more weight. RIVA, our revenue operations teammate, is coming soon. It will assemble a weekly brief from bookings, site visits, cancellations and competitor listings for each tower.

Friday afternoon, and the week’s bookings, cancellations, site visits and enquiries are already in Salesforce. RIVA, coming soon, will gather competitor prices and launches in the micro-market from portals and public filings, then compute absorption by tower and configuration against plan in Google Sheets. It will add price, payment plan and offer options with the expected effect stated as an assumption. The sales committee approves or rejects each one.

Lease renewal and expansion plays from the lease register

Deloitte’s 2026 commercial real estate outlook finds enthusiasm for AI implementation cooling, which puts the onus on use cases that show value. Renewals are a place to show it. DEXA, our deal execution teammate, is coming soon. It will read the lease register and occupier signals to prepare renewal and expansion plays well before each lease expires.

A tenant’s lease enters the renewal window the leasing head set in Yardi. DEXA, coming soon, will pull the lease terms, rent escalations, occupancy data and service tickets, then add hiring signals from LinkedIn Sales Navigator and nearby rents for similar space. It will draft a renewal proposal and an Outlook email to the tenant’s real estate lead. The leasing head approves the terms and the outreach, well before expiry.

Handover reviews and resident referrals for the next phase

Possession is when a buyer is most likely to recommend the project, or to complain publicly. An agent follows each handover with a snag check, a review request once snags close, and a referral invitation for the next phase.

Keys change hands on Saturday and the snag list opens in LeadSquared. Echo tracks every snag to closure and keeps the owner updated on WhatsApp. Once the snags close, a satisfaction check and a request to review on Google follow. MIRA drafts replies to new public reviews and a referral invitation for the next phase. The customer relations head approves the replies and referral terms. Referral bookings arrive with the referrer recorded for the reward.

Fair Housing checks on AI-built audiences for US listings

US brokerages and proptech firms use AI to write listings and build audiences. HUD has withdrawn its 2024 guidance on algorithmic ad targeting and delivery, but the Fair Housing Act’s advertising rules still apply. An agent checks each housing campaign’s copy, targeting and delivery before and after launch.

A housing campaign for a new MLS listing is drafted in Meta Ads Manager. Before anything launches, MIRA and NIA confirm it sits under Meta’s housing special ad category with only permitted targeting, and scan the copy for phrases that state or imply a preference based on a protected characteristic. The compliance lead approves the copy, targeting and a flagged change. After launch, delivery reports are checked for skew and logged. No campaign now goes live unreviewed.

Frequently asked questions

How is AI search changing how buyers find projects?

Google rolled out AI Mode in India in 2025 and extended it to more Indian languages, and Pew Research found Google users clicked links less often when an AI summary appeared. Buyers can get a shortlist without visiting your site, so the facts the engines repeat about your project matter as much as your ranking.

Do the DPDP Rules change how we use portal and partner leads?

Yes. The Rules, notified in November 2025 with obligations phased in, require clear notices, purpose-bound use and easy withdrawal of consent. Leads bought or passed on without traceable consent are a liability, so record the source and purpose for every lead now.

Who is liable when a channel partner runs a non-compliant ad?

Partners must be RERA-registered agents and their ads must carry the project registration details, so the partner is exposed. Regulators also look to the promoter, and buyers rely on what they saw, so developers should audit partner ads and keep evidence of corrections.

How do we prove these agents are worth the cost?

JLL’s 2025 survey found most real estate firms piloting AI but few meeting their goals, so pick use cases with a measure finance already tracks. Lease renewal rate, absorption against plan and site visits from AI referrals are all on existing reports, which makes before and after comparisons straightforward. On Nagent, lease renewal plays and absorption briefs will run on DEXA and RIVA, both coming soon.
