MIRA, chief of staff for Marketing

MIRA, the chief of staff for Nagent's AI Marketing team

Brief MIRA with the outcome. She plans it, passes the work to the teammate who owns it, and keeps the thread together.

MIRA, chief of staff for Marketing

MIRA owns coordination for Marketing, the department that owns reach and pipeline cost. She is not a specialist: she works out what is needed, hands it to the teammate who owns it, and keeps the thread together. Without a coordinator every request is routed by hand, and context is lost at each handover.

What MIRA does

What MIRA does, in the team room

The Marketing team room

A team room is one conversation that a department's people and its AI teammates share. Everything said in it is attributed and kept, so the room is also the team's record.

Address an agent by name and it answers in the thread. A message addressed to nobody goes to the team lead.

An instruction becomes a task on the team board only when a person confirms it.

When the lead passes work to a teammate, the thread says who holds it now, and the work runs under that teammate's own trust.

An action that needs approval waits in the thread as a card. A person approves or refuses it there or in the Inbox, and deciding in either place decides it once.

Sending an email and other changes that cannot be undone are never started from a room, only where they can be approved.

MIRA leads the Marketing room, so a message addressed to nobody reaches her. Brief her with what the week is for, and she plans it: for each item, the owner, what done looks like and what it is waiting on.

She hands each piece to the teammate on the Marketing roster who owns it, and can reach one of HOOK's bench agents directly. A teammate she hands work to cannot hand it on again, and one message can pull in at most three more teammates.

With no target set, she says so and plans in counts, never in percentages against a number nobody chose. Writing and images belong to the Content room, and she says to ask there.

What sets MIRA apart

  1. 01

    Multiplayer

Several AI agents and the team's people work on one shared context: the room's thread, the documents pinned to it and the team record.

In the Marketing room, MIRA, the leads under her and the team's people share one thread, and every handoff is said in the thread before the work starts.

  2. 02

    Promoted like people

An agent earns more room to act on its record, one kind of action at a time. Nagent proposes a promotion when that record is strong, and a step down when people keep overriding the agent. Destructive changes always wait for a person.

Work MIRA routes runs under the receiving teammate's own trust and budget, never hers, so a handoff never lends a lead's standing and each teammate earns its own promotions.

  3. 03

A state of the art control plane

Before any agent acts, Nagent fires the action, queues it for a person or refuses it. Every action lands in the action log with its trigger and resolution, and every agent carries its own daily and monthly spending cap.

Her own answers are metered too: each one on Home or in a page drawer is checked against her budget before it is sent, and at the cap she says so instead of answering.

  4. 04

    Human on the loop

The agent works on its own inside those limits while a person supervises and holds the approvals that matter. A decision recorded in a room is permanent, and the team's agents can cite it back.

MIRA states a number only when a teammate's report, a connected account or the team record gave it, and says where it came from. A person sets the target she plans against.

  5. 05

    Bounded handoffs.

Routing stays inside the room's roster and one level deep, and the receiving teammate's own budget can refuse the work.

  6. 06

    Help grounded on the page.

"Ask MIRA about this screen" answers from that page's help notes. Where none cover it, she says which parts she is not sure of rather than inventing a button.

  7. 07

Set-up read fresh on every turn.

On Home she reads which of the workspace's set-up questions are answered each time she replies, and a suggested question fills the ask box without sending it.

How it works

How MIRA works

  1. 01

    Brief the outcome.

In the Marketing team room a person briefs MIRA with the outcome. She plans it and passes the work to the teammate who owns it.

  2. 02

    Route to the owner.

DRIS owns organic visibility, NIA paid marketing, HOOK creative strategy and Echo reputation, and each reports to MIRA on the Org chart.

  3. 03

    The owner keeps the controls.

The specialist who owns a piece of work keeps its approvals, its budget and its record, and a handoff runs under the receiving teammate's own level.

  4. 04

    Ask MIRA.

On Home, the Ask MIRA panel answers set-up questions from the set-up help notes and the set-up questions this workspace has answered. Some admin pages carry "Ask MIRA about this screen", which says what it is unsure of.

  5. 05

    Metered like any teammate.

Every answer is metered against MIRA's own budget before it is sent. At the cap, the panel says so instead of answering.

Team leads under MIRA

  • DRIS, Organic visibilityLive

Owns organic and AI search visibility: rankings, answer engine citations, audits and the plan that closes the gap.

  • MOXA, Social mediaComing soon

Will lead organic social, community and creators, with each post approved by a named person before it goes out.

  • NIA, Paid marketingLive

Reads a connected Google Ads account, builds campaigns from a brief and proposes changes to live ones. Every live change waits for a person.

  • HOOK, Creative strategyBeta

Fans paid creative work across its bench and brings the angle, the script and the constraints back as one pack, read only against every ad platform.

  • Echo, ReputationBeta

Watches review, listening and answer engine sources, opens and routes cases, and drafts replies for a named person to approve.

Writing and images belong to the Content team in its own room, where CREA writes and RUPA makes the images.

HOOK brings eight bench agents: SCOUT, MINE, ANGLE, SCRIPT, GATE, PACK, PULSE and VAULT (Beta).

What MIRA works with

Signals

  • Help notes

Each admin page's own notes, for answers about that page.

  • Set-up answers

Which set-up questions this workspace has answered, read fresh on every turn.

  • Team record

The charter, the board, the decision log and pinned documents, for what the team has agreed and what is waiting.

  • Team roster

Who is on the Marketing team, which bounds who she may hand work to.

Integrations

Approval and trust

What MIRA does on its own, and what waits for a person

  • MIRA leads by routing, not by doing: the specialist who owns a piece of work keeps its approvals.

  • A handoff never lends the lead's trust to someone else. The teammate's own level decides what it may do.

  • Handoffs are bounded: a lead routes only within its own roster, a delegate cannot delegate again, and the receiving agent's own budget can refuse the work.

  • Every agent earns room by record. When a class of action reaches 20 approved actions with no reversals, Nagent offers a promotion, and a workspace admin accepts or declines.

  • The Home panel and the page drawer read and answer. They change nothing.

Governance

How MIRA is governed

01

Grounded on what each page hands her.

A coordinator that sounds sure about records it cannot see is worse than one that says where to look.

02

A budget on every answer.

Each answer is checked against MIRA's own budget before it is sent.

03

Approvals stay with the owner.

Before any agent acts, Nagent fires the action, queues it for a person or refuses it.

04

On the record, in your workspace.

Every agent action lands in the action log with its resolution, and each workspace's rows are scoped to it at the data layer.

Questions

Questions about MIRA

01

What is MIRA?

MIRA is the chief of staff for Marketing on Nagent, the multiplayer AI platform for growth teams. She leads the Marketing team: a person briefs her with an outcome, and she plans it and hands each piece to the AI teammate who owns it. She is a coordinator, not a specialist, and she reports to you.

02

Is MIRA a specialist?

No. She leads the Marketing team and routes work. DRIS owns organic visibility, NIA paid marketing, HOOK creative strategy and Echo reputation, with MOXA for social media marked Coming soon. The specialist who owns a piece of work keeps its approvals, its budget and its record, so MIRA's role is to route, not to do the work.

03

Can MIRA change my settings?

No. The Home panel and the page drawer read and answer, and they change nothing. Work MIRA routes runs under the receiving teammate's own level, so a handoff never lends her trust to someone else, and anything that teammate is not yet trusted to do waits for a person.

04

Does asking MIRA cost anything?

Each answer is metered against MIRA's own budget before it is sent. At the cap the panel says so instead of answering, and suggests raising the cap in her workbench. She is metered like any other teammate, because a teammate that is free to call is a cost nobody is watching.

05

Why does MIRA say she is unsure?

Where no help note covers a page, she says which parts are uncertain rather than inventing a button. A coordinator that sounds sure about records it cannot see is worse than one that says where to look, so MIRA is grounded on exactly what each surface hands her.

06

Can MIRA tell me what my agents did overnight?

Not from the Home panel today. The Actions page shows what ran and what waits for approval, and each team room shows its own work. Every agent action is logged with its trigger, target, the agent's autonomy at the time, cost and resolution, so the record is there to read.

07

How much does MIRA cost?

MIRA works on the Marketing team. Nagent plans are Solo at $29.99 a month ($19.99 billed annually), Team at $299 a month ($199 billed annually) and Business at $1,499 a month ($999 billed annually). Enterprise is by quote. The pricing page shows which teams each plan includes.
