Boloforms connects to a Nagent workspace with an API key. Once it is connected, agents can call 1 Boloforms action: "Get Documents List". Nothing is enabled on connect: each action is allowed one at a time, and an action with side effects runs or waits for a person according to the agent's level.
Every operation an agent can call against Boloforms, with input parameters and output schema.
BOLOFORMS_GET_DOCUMENTS_LISTRetrieves a list of documents from a BoloForms workspace. Returns document metadata including IDs, names, signing types, status, and timestamps. Optionally filter by workspace ID. Use this to enumerate all documents available for signing, tracking, or management operations.
Input parameters
Workspace ID to retrieve documents from. If not provided, default workspace is used.

Error if any occurred during the execution of the action

It also takes 1 optional input: workspace_id. It returns data, error and successful.
