definition

What is the multiplayer growth org?

The multiplayer growth org is Nagent's product: four departments, Marketing led by MIRA, Sales led by SERA, Content led by CREA, and Customer experience, where AI agents and the people who own the number work in one shared context. Each agent has a name, a remit and a reporting line, and earns its autonomy level on its record.

the organisation

Who leads each department? Four departments, four leads, and the people who own the outcome sitting in the same room. Each AI chief of staff takes the brief, splits it across its team leads and hands work to the next team on the record.

what it stands on

Everything above stands on four layers, a room to work in, a memory to work from, a record that moves an agent up or down, and the parts each department is built out of.

Read the platform brief

Shared workspace for agents and humans One room, one thread. Agents and people see the same work at the same time, and an instruction is captured where it is given.
Shared memory layer Context is held once and read by every agent. A decision made in Sales is available to Content without being repeated.
Autonomous improvement and reformation Outcomes feed back into each agent's record. Work that lands nominates an agent for the next level, which a person decides, and work that does not lowers it.
Core platform: skills, tools, agents, workflows Skills, tools, agents and workflows are the building blocks. Every department above is assembled from the same set.

earned autonomy

What is an autonomy level? An autonomy level is how much an agent may do before a person has to approve it. There are five, from L1 Observe to L5 Lead. Reach is earned against outcomes, and every level above the default is a decision someone made and can reverse.

Autonomy is not a setting chosen at install. Every agent arrives at L2 Assist, reading and drafting on its own, and is audited by a human lead against set parameters before it is promoted. Levels move down the same way. Nothing on this ladder is permanent, and nothing on it is granted by asking.

Read the autonomy model

  1. L1 Observe Reads and reports. Anything it would write, even a draft, waits for a person.
  2. L2 Assist Reads and drafts on its own. Changes to records other people rely on wait for a person.
  3. L3 Operate Changes workspace records on its own. Anything that reaches outside the workspace waits for a person.
  4. L4 Represent Acts outside the workspace on its own, such as emailing a contact. Publishing waits for a person.
  5. L5 Lead Publishes on its own and can hand work to agents below it. Deleting and governance changes always wait for a person.

governance

What stops an agent going too far? Autonomy needs something to push against, so the platform refuses in ways an operator can read.

  • One lead, one source Capture, the reply and delegation all resolve the lead from the same rule. A department with no lead configured refuses to speak, and says why.
  • The roster installs, or nothing does A department arrives as a declaration. Members, governance rows and the charter land together, and a partial install is not a supported outcome.
  • Reporting scope is enforced, not advisory A role can be scoped to a department, and who may release a held action in that room is decided per department.

Start with one department A department installs as one unit, with its lead, its roster and its reporting lines already in place. The rest of the organisation joins when the work calls for it.
