Gist connects to a Nagent workspace with an API key. Once it is connected, agents can call 20 Gist actions, such as "Create Gist", "Create Gist Comment" and "Get Gist". Nothing is enabled on connect: each action is allowed one at a time, and an action with side effects runs or waits for a person according to the agent's level.

GIST_CHECK_GIST_STARCheck if the authenticated user has starred a specific gist. Returns True if the gist is starred, False if not starred or if the gist doesn't exist. This is a read-only, idempotent operation that requires authentication but no special permissions.
