Prisma connects to a Nagent workspace with OAuth sign-in. Once it is connected, agents can call 22 Prisma actions, such as "Create Database Connection", "Create Project Database" and "Create Prisma Project". Nothing is enabled on connect: each action is allowed one at a time, and an action with side effects runs or waits for a person according to the agent's level.
Every operation an agent can call against Prisma, with input parameters and output schema.

PRISMA_EXECUTE_SQL_COMMANDExecute SQL commands that modify database data or structure. Runs INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, CREATE TABLE, and other data modification commands safely through PostgreSQL driver with parameterized query support.
Input parameters
SQL command to execute against the database (INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, CREATE TABLE, etc.). Examples: 'INSERT INTO users (name, email) VALUES ($1, $2)', 'UPDATE users SET active = $1 WHERE id = $2', 'DELETE FROM sessions WHERE expires_at < NOW()', 'CREATE TABLE logs (id SERIAL PRIMARY KEY, message TEXT, created_at TIMESTAMP DEFAULT NOW())'
Optional array of parameters for parameterized commands using $1, $2, etc. placeholders. Example: command='INSERT INTO users (name, email) VALUES ($1, $2)', parameters=\['John Doe', 'john@example.com'\]. Parameters are automatically escaped to prevent SQL injection.
PostgreSQL connection string for direct database access. Use the standard format: 'postgresql://USER:PASSWORD@HOST:PORT/DATABASE?sslmode=require'. Get credentials from create_connection or create_database response fields: use 'user' as USER, 'pass' as PASSWORD, and 'host' as HOST:PORT. Example: 'postgresql://user:pass@db.prisma.io:5432/postgres?sslmode=require'. Note: Do NOT use Prisma Accelerate URLs (prisma+postgres://accelerate.prisma-data.net/...) - those are for Prisma Client SDK only. Use the direct connection credentials instead.

Agents can call 22 Prisma actions on Nagent, including "Create Database Connection", "Create Project Database" and "Create Prisma Project". Create Database Connection: Create new API key connection for database access. Each action is listed on this page with its input parameters and its output.
Prisma connects with OAuth sign-in, under your workspace's own connection. Nothing is enabled on connect: each action is allowed one at a time and can be scoped to the agents that need it.
Create Database Connection takes 2 required inputs: name and databaseId. It returns data, error and successful.
