Waboxapp connects to a Nagent workspace with an API key. Once it is connected, agents can call 2 Waboxapp actions: "Waboxapp Webhook ACK Event" and "Receive incoming WABOXAPP message event". Nothing is enabled on connect: each action is allowed one at a time, and an action with side effects runs or waits for a person according to the agent's level.

ACK status code: 0=not sent, 1=sent, 2=delivered, 3=read

Your custom message ID if set when sending
Waboxapp message unique ID (e.g., 62397B58E3E0B)
Must be "ack" to indicate an acknowledgment event
Webhook token to verify source (must match your waboxapp token)
