Sending feedback
How to tell Nagent what broke, what was unclear or what you wish it did, the short questions on Home, and how you hear when it ships.
Send feedback from anywhere
Send feedback is at the bottom of the sidebar, and in search: press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K) and pick it from the bottom of the search box. Choose what it is about, say it in your own words and press Send.
- Something broke: a button that does nothing, a page that will not load, a number that is wrong.
- An idea: something you wish Nagent did.
- Something was unclear: a word, a screen or a step that left you guessing.
- Something worked well: tell us that too.
Leave Tell me when this ships ticked and we email you when it does.
What goes with it
Your words, the screen you were on and the step Home was showing you. If a page failed in the last half hour, the reference of that error goes too, so we can find exactly what happened. We also note your role and how far along your workspace is, so we can see who runs into what.
Ask your team's lead
You can also tell your team's lead in the guide. It shows you a card with your words before anything is sent; Undo takes it back while nobody has read it yet.
The questions on Home
Now and then Home asks one short question in place of your next step: how your team's first piece of work went, how setting up went, and every so often how likely you are to recommend Nagent. At most one a week. Not now closes it, and that question is not asked again.
What happens next
People at Nagent read every piece of feedback. Every Monday it is grouped with what others said about the same thing, so we can see what matters to the most workspaces. When you reject a draft or dismiss an action and say why, that reason reaches us too.
When it ships
If you asked to hear, you get an email when it ships, and every change is listed on What's new.
