Sales · Team lead · reports to SERA
A CRM that does the follow-up work. And waits for your approval on every email.
CORA leads the CRM team, which carries each deal from first contact to a lasting customer. It scores new leads, logs meetings and keeps every stage up to date, on the same record your people use. Every email to a lead waits for a person.

Your CRM is where you type things up after the work is done. So it is always out of date.
With CORA, the work happens in the CRM. Your people and agents update the same record, and a person approves every email.

by industry
How teams like yours use CORA
- 01Software
Accounts that qualified through product use, routed to the right owner with the usage that qualified them.
- 02Real estate
Enquiries checked for budget, location and timeline, then routed with context to the right sales owner.
- 03Education
Enquiries scored on programme, intake and fit, then routed to the right counsellor with a short summary.
you stay in control
You approve anything that matters CORA starts by asking first. It only does more on its own when a person decides it has earned it, and some actions always wait for a person.
Always waits for a person
- Every email to a lead
- Every meeting booking
- Any discount or pricing concession
- Clearing an opt-out, which no agent can do
- 01A person approves every step up. For each kind of action, after 30 days and 25 approvals with a strong record and no overrides, Nagent suggests letting the CRM team do more on its own. A workspace admin accepts or declines.
- 02Emails to leads wait for a person. Every email and every booking is approved first. Scoring, lead details and stage moves go ahead and are logged.
- 03Drafts only mention what you sell. Every product or result a draft mentions must come from your list of offerings. A draft that mentions something you do not sell is worse than no draft.
- 04Everything is recorded. When an agent changes something, the record shows it. Every action is logged with what started it and how it was resolved.
Questions about CORA
What is CORA?
CORA (Customer Outcomes and Relationships Agent) leads Nagent's CRM team and reports to SERA, the AI Sales Chief of Staff. It owns each lead from new to won. It decides which CRM sub-agent takes the next step, on the same record your people use.
Is CORA part of my plan?
Yes. CORA comes with every plan. Every new workspace gets the CRM team room, led by CORA, whatever you choose at sign-up.
Does the whole CRM team start at sign-up?
CORA's room and the CRM are ready at sign-up. The CRM agents that draft follow-ups, fill in lead details, score leads, book meetings and keep data accurate run where Nagent has set them up for your workspace.
Will CORA e-mail my leads without approval?
No. Every email and booking from the CRM agents waits in the Approval queue for a person. Scoring, lead details and stage changes go ahead and are logged.
Can e-mail go out from my own Gmail?
Yes, in Beta. Connect it under Your sending account in Settings, CRM. The connection only reads mail from addresses already in the CRM, so replies appear on the lead’s timeline.
Does CORA sync with our existing CRM?
Not today. CORA's CRM is the record your agents work on, not a synced copy. There is no record sync with an outside CRM.
Put CORA on your Sales team.
One record your people and agents share. CORA scores new leads, keeps every stage accurate and holds every email until a person approves it.
