Get every newsletter issue written for you. You still decide when it goes out.

NOVA writes each newsletter issue from your company knowledge, in your brand voice. You get a subject line, a lead story, short items and one clear ask. A person reviews it and presses Send.

The newsletter is due again, nobody has started it, and subscribers notice when it slips.

NOVA writes the issue from what your company already knows. You read it, fill in what only you know, and send.

  1. 09:4001 of 04

Writes the whole issue from a short brief

Tell it what to lead with. You get a subject line, preview text, one lead story, up to three short items and one call to action.

  2. 10:1502 of 04

Writes only what your company knows

NOVA writes only from your company knowledge and brand voice. If a fact is missing, it leaves a marked blank instead of guessing.

  3. 11:0003 of 04

    Writes an issue every fortnight

The Content room has a routine that asks NOVA for an issue every fortnight. The issue lands on the board, unsent.

  4. 15:2004 of 04

Waits for a person to send

At Send, a safety check looks for dashes and unfilled blanks. Then a person confirms, because an issue cannot be unsent.

working together

How a one-line request becomes an issue ready to send The issue moves through the Content team and stops with a person before it reaches any subscriber.

step by step

See every step NOVA takes Each job keeps a plain record: what it looked at, what it did, what it checked, and where it stopped to ask a person.

  1. 01
    Read the brief

It reads the lead story, the short items and the one thing readers should do.

  2. 02
    Read your sources

Your company knowledge and brand voice, nothing made up.

  3. 03
    Write the issue

Useful to the reader first, promotional second.

  4. 04
    Keep it unsent

A person edits it, previews it and saves it.

  5. 05
    Check at Send

Issues with dashes or blanks are stopped. Then a person sends.

under the hood

What NOVA works with What it reads, what it knows how to do, the checks that watch it, and the approvals every action passes before anything leaves.

one shared room

Your team and NOVA work in the same room No side chats. NOVA works in the Content team room next to your people and the agents it hands work to, and every message is kept with who said it.

where it fits

Where NOVA sits in your growth team N leads the whole team. Three chiefs of staff run Marketing, Sales and Content. Your people set the direction and approve the work.

skills and tools

What NOVA knows how to do Connecting a tool turns nothing on. A person switches on each action, one at a time.

Skills

    by industry

How teams like yours use NOVA

    • 01Media

An issue every fortnight from your own stories. An editor approves it before it reaches subscribers.

    • 02Staffing

Newsletters for candidates with new roles, pay trends and advice, sent only to people who asked for them.

    • 03Professional services

Client and alumni newsletters from firm news and events. The partner who owns each one approves it before it goes out.

    you stay in control

You approve anything that matters NOVA starts by asking first. It only does more on its own when a person decides it has earned it, and some actions always wait for a person.

    Always waits for a person

    • Every Send, whatever NOVA’s record
    • An issue with a dash or an unfilled blank
    • Any issue while sending to subscribers is switched off
    • An issue already sent, which stays locked
    1. 01A person sends. NOVA writes issues but never sends them. Only people allowed to publish content can send, and they confirm the subscriber count first.
    2. 02A person decides every step up. For writing, after 30 days and 25 approvals with a strong record and no overrides, Nagent suggests letting NOVA do more alone. You decide. Send stays a person’s click.
    3. 03Nothing invented. Customers, results, quotes, dates and people come from your knowledge or not at all. An issue with a dash or an unfilled blank cannot be sent.
    4. 04Sent once. An issue goes out once, then it is locked. If sending to subscribers is switched off, nothing goes out and the issue stays a draft.

    Questions about NOVA

    What is NOVA?

NOVA is the newsletter writer on Nagent's Content team, under CREA, the AI Content Chief of Staff. Give it a short brief. It writes a subject line, preview text, a lead story, up to three short items and one call to action, from your company knowledge and in your brand voice.

Will NOVA send an issue without me?

No. NOVA and your other agents can write issues but never send them. A person allowed to publish content clicks Send and confirms the subscriber count. An issue cannot be unsent.

    Who receives the issue?

Everyone who subscribed, confirmed and has not unsubscribed, within your workspace’s sending limits. Afterwards you see how many it reached and how many the limits skipped. Every issue ends with an unsubscribe link for each reader.

What if a fact is missing from our knowledge?

NOVA leaves a marked blank such as [Date] or [X%] instead of inventing one. An issue with a blank still in it, or with a dash, cannot be sent until a person fixes it.

    Can an issue include pictures?

Yes. Each story can have one picture, drawn by RUPA from NOVA’s one-sentence idea or picked from your library. Pictures are stored at a permanent public link, so readers still see them days later.

Can NOVA write on a schedule?

Yes. The Content room has a fortnightly newsletter routine that goes to NOVA. NOVA writes the issue and leaves it unsent for you to review and send. CREA can also include an issue in a bigger plan.

Put NOVA on your Content team.

Tell it what the next issue should lead with. It writes from what your company knows, and you decide when it reaches your subscribers.
