Sales · Team lead · reports to SERAComing soon
Keep every deal moving after the first meeting. With a dated next step on each one.
DEXA is coming soon. Once a seller takes a deal, DEXA will track who decides, what was agreed and by when, and draft the paperwork. Your account executive still talks to the buyer, makes the calls and closes.

Deals rarely die in the meeting. They die in the weeks after, when nobody follows up.
Nobody wrote down what was agreed, the one contact went quiet, and the close date slipped. DEXA will keep a clear record of each deal, so nothing falls through.

Sets up each new deal
Once Sam accepts the handover, DEXA will read the record and lay out the deal: who decides, what is confirmed, the next step and the paperwork.
- 11:0502 of 04
Records what was agreed
A next step needs what, who and by when. An answer needs evidence. DEXA will refuse a next step with no date.
- 14:3003 of 04
Drafts the paperwork
DEXA will draft an order form from the deal record. Within your discount limit, Sam approves and sends it. DEXA never sends it.

Flags deals at risk
DEXA will check every open deal for four warning signs, the same ones RIVA reads. So both agree on which deals need a person.
working together
How a booked meeting becomes a deal that keeps moving Once DEXA arrives, a booked meeting will move through your team like this. A person makes every decision.
- 01team leadNORA → SamMeeting booked with Northwind. The handover card is on the board.
- 02your peopleSam → DEXAGot it. Please open the deal.
- 03team leadDEXA → SamWe know two of the four people who decide. No next step is agreed yet. What did they agree to?
- 04your peopleSam → DEXAA security review by Friday. Their IT lead owns it.
- 05team leadDEXA → SamRecorded with its date. The order form is drafted within your discount limit, for you to approve and send.
- 06team leadDEXA → SERAThree deals are at risk this week. Here is the reason for each.
- 07ai chief of staffSERA → EricaAcross the team, too many deals depend on a single contact. Worth raising with the sellers.
step by step
See every step DEXA takes Each job keeps a plain record: what it looked at, what it did, what it checked, and where it stopped to ask a person.
- 01Read the record
It will read your CRM directly. A deal is any open lead past the New stage.
- 02Check who is involved
Four people usually decide. Who each one is, and whether anyone has spoken to them.
- 03Record with evidence
A next step needs a date. An answer needs a source.
- 04Draft the paperwork
Drafts only. The system enforces the discount limit, not the agent.
- 05Flag the risk
Every risk is shown plainly, never played down. Written from the records.
under the hood
What DEXA works with What it reads, what it knows how to do, the checks that watch it, and the approvals every action passes before anything leaves.
one shared room
Your team and DEXA work in the same room No side chats. DEXA works in the Sales team room next to your people and the agents it hands work to, and every message is kept with who said it.
where it fits
Where DEXA sits in your growth team N leads the whole team. Three chiefs of staff run Marketing, Sales and Content. Your people set the direction and approve the work.
Takes work from
- NORAThe qualified meeting, once a person accepts the handover.
- Your peopleWhat was agreed on each call, and every approval.
connections
The tools DEXA connects to It reads what is already in your workspace. Anything it sends goes out through your own accounts, never a shared one.
skills and tools
What DEXA knows how to do Connecting a tool turns nothing on. A person switches on each action, one at a time.
Skills
- 01Committee threadingLists the four people who usually decide, and whether each one has been reached.
- 02The qualification fourIs the pain confirmed, who owns the budget, is there a timeline, and how will they decide. Each needs evidence.
- 03Recap to recordWrites what a meeting agreed into the record, and says plainly when nothing was agreed.
- 04Proposal composeDrafts a document from the deal record and your workspace’s own rules.
- 05Mutual action planKeeps the steps both sides agreed, each with an owner and a date.
- Your CRM recordsReads your workspace's own records directly, not a copy. DEXA will not touch your calendar or email.
- Sales settingsYour discount limit lives here, under "AE may approve up to". It starts at 10 percent.
What it reads
- 01Single-threaded Only one person at the buyer is involved past the second stage.
- 02No next commitment An open deal with nothing agreed, owned or dated.
- 03Qualification gap One of the four qualifying answers is missing from the third stage on.
- 04Close date passed The close date is in the past, and nobody has moved it.
by industry
How teams like yours use DEXA
- 01Software
Expansion deals for accounts that have used all their licences. DEXA will draft the business case and leave commercial decisions to the people who own them.
- 02Professional services
Panel reviews and rate requests, with every term kept within the limits the firm has already approved.
- 03Banking
Long corporate evaluations for transaction banking, where each open question needs an owner, a date and a recorded answer.
you stay in control
You approve anything that matters DEXA starts by asking first. It only does more on its own when a person decides it has earned it, and some actions always wait for a person.
Always waits for a person
- Every document, which a person approves and sends
- A discount above the limit, which goes to the head of sales
- Every contract change, which a person negotiates
- Closing, pricing and every conversation with the buyer
- 01A person approves every step up. For each kind of action, after 30 days and 25 approvals with a strong record and no overrides, Nagent will suggest letting DEXA do more on its own. A workspace admin accepts or declines.
- 02It cannot change its own numbers. Your pipeline is judged on deal amount, stage and owner, so DEXA will never change them. An agent that could change them could make its own results look better.
- 03The system enforces the discount limit. A document above the discount limit goes to the head of sales. No message in the room can push it through.
- 04Everything is recorded. Every change is logged on the Actions page with what started it and how it was resolved.
Questions about DEXA
What is DEXA?
DEXA is the deal execution lead on Nagent's Sales team, reporting to SERA, the AI Sales Chief of Staff. It is coming soon. Once a seller takes a deal, DEXA will keep track of who decides, the four qualifying answers, the next step, draft paperwork and the risks.
Can I use DEXA today?
Not yet. On the sign-up screen, DEXA appears on the Sales card marked Coming soon. Today, NORA books meetings, the CRM holds each lead and its history, and SERA leads the Sales room.
Can DEXA change a deal's stage or value?
No. Your pipeline's health is measured on deal amount, stage and owner. So DEXA will not be able to change any of them.
Will DEXA send proposals?
No. DEXA will only draft documents. It will never send, approve or move one forward. A person does that.
What if a discount is too large?
The discount limit is set in Sales settings and starts at 10 percent. Within it, the account executive approves the document. Above it, the document goes to the head of sales and cannot be pushed through from the room.
Where will its data come from?
From your workspace's own CRM records, read directly rather than copied. Its answers will be written from those records, not from numbers a model guessed.
DEXA is coming to the Sales team.
Once a seller takes a deal, DEXA will keep track of who decides, what was agreed and the paperwork. Your sellers can focus on the buyer and the close.
