Follow-ups that pick up where the conversation left off. Written from what each lead told you, not a template.
After a lead enquires, replies or has a call with you, LIPI writes the next email from their CRM record, using their own words. It never sends. A person, or the sending mode you choose, decides what goes out.

Your follow-up emails ignore what the lead actually told you.
LIPI writes from the lead’s record and the conversation you had, mentions only what you sell, and leaves the send to a person.

- 14:1002 of 03
Writes the recap after a call
After a call, LIPI opens with the lead’s situation, uses what they said in their own words, and ends with exactly one question.

Writes each email in a sequence
When the next email in a follow-up sequence is due, LIPI writes a personal version. With the default setting, Draft and propose, each one waits for a person.
working together

by industry
How teams like yours use LIPI
- 01Insurance
Renewal reminders and cross-sell emails from each policyholder’s record. A person approves each one before it sends.
- 02Automotive
Service, inspection and warranty-end reminders written from each car’s service history, each approved before it sends.
- 03Professional services
A short note from the partner who knows a former colleague now in a buying role. The partner approves it first.
you stay in control
You approve anything that matters LIPI starts by asking first. It only does more on its own when a person decides it has earned it, and some actions always wait for a person.
Always waits for a person
- Every sequence email while Draft and propose is on (the default)
- Every draft on a lead’s page, which a person sends
- A newer version of its instructions, shown to you for review
- Any lead who unsubscribed or whose Autopilot is paused, who is never emailed
- 01LIPI writes. It never sends. LIPI cannot send anything itself. A person sends from the lead’s page, your Autopilot setting decides for sequences, and a sending teammate works within its own limits.
- 02Every fact comes from the record. Each specific fact is listed and checked against the lead’s record. It never makes up results, customer names or deal sizes.
- 03Only what you sell. It mentions a product, feature or outcome only if it is in your Offerings. With nothing added yet, the draft says it was written using your company name only.
- 04Everything is logged. An email sent automatically is logged on the lead’s timeline, and your note on a rejected draft is kept for the next one.
Questions about LIPI
Does LIPI send email?
No. A person sends from the lead’s page. For sequences, your Autopilot setting decides: Manual pauses sequences, Draft and propose (the default) waits for a person, and Autonomous sends and logs each email. For a teammate’s follow-up, that teammate’s own limits decide.
What does LIPI write from?
Its instructions, your Knowledge Hub, brand voice, Offerings and sender, then the lead’s own record and conversation, in that order. It uses what the lead said in their own words.
What if we have not added any knowledge?
You still get a draft, written using your company name only, with no claims about products, pricing, customers or results. The lead’s page says so above the draft and links to the Knowledge Hub.
How is LIPI different from VANI?
LIPI writes warm emails, to people you have already spoken to, from your CRM. VANI writes cold emails, to people who have never replied, from NORA’s research.
Where do LIPI’s drafts appear?
On a lead’s page under AI personalisation, in Personalised draft proposals for sequence emails, in sales follow-ups, and in the email template and sequence builders.
Can we change how LIPI writes?
Yes. Edit its instructions on its agent page, and your workspace keeps its own copy. When Nagent releases a newer version, it is shown to you for review before you switch.
Put LIPI on your Sales team.
LIPI comes with the CRM every workspace gets. It writes from what each lead actually told you, and a person decides what is sent.
