Post on social every week. Only the words your team approved.
MOXA plans your week of posts around your content themes, writes each one and runs five checks on it. A named person approves the exact words before anything goes out.

Most brands post when someone finds the time. Nobody checks the facts, and the same person writes and approves.
MOXA plans every week ahead, checks each post, and sends it to a named person to approve. That person is never the one who asked for it.

Plans your week of posts
MOXA fills each channel you turned on with time slots, split between your content themes in the shares you set. Each channel stays within its daily limit and posting hours.
- 10:3002 of 04
Writes each post and checks it
Each post uses only claims your team has sourced. Then it is checked for brand voice, facts, permission to name people, fit for the channel and community rules.
- 11:4003 of 04
Publishes only what was approved
A named person approves the exact words. If the post changes after that, it does not go out. At its time slot, it posts through your connected account.

Reads the replies and passes on leads
MOXA reads comments and mentions. It drafts answers to questions for a person to approve. Someone showing interest in buying goes to Sales instead.

skills and tools
What MOXA knows how to do Connecting a tool turns nothing on. A person switches on each action, one at a time.
Skills
- 01Weekly planningHow often to post first, then your theme shares, then events and moments marked fit, stretch or never.
- 02Channel adaptationOne main post adapted for each of eight channels, following that channel’s rules.
- 03The five checksVoice, facts, permission, channel fit and community rules, with a fix and an owner for anything that fails.
- 04Reply proposalsA short answer, backed by a source, to a question or objection on your own post.
- 05Leader draftsThree to five posts for a leader’s own profile, every sentence traced to the note it came from.
- LinkedInThe most tested channel: company page posts after the checks, and a leader’s own profile once they consent.
- Instagram and FacebookPlanned, drafted and published through your connected account. Some formats, such as stories, are posted by a person.
- YouTubeA title, description and tags for a video a person uploads.
- SlackYour workspace’s own Slack connection, for approvals waiting, crisis pauses and the Monday scorecard.
- Channels not connectedStill planned, drafted and checked. A person copies the approved post, posts it by hand and marks it done.
What it reads

- 04Channel history Each post compared with that channel’s past posts, with the number of posts shown beside it.
- 05Comments and mentions Sorted into questions, objections, praise, complaints, spam and sales leads.
by industry
How teams like yours use MOXA
- 01Fashion
Creator briefs for a new drop include the ad disclosure each channel needs and only approved claims. Every brief waits for a person.
- 02Software
Founders and leaders post from their own LinkedIn. MOXA drafts from their notes, and only they approve what goes out under their name.
- 03Media
A published story or blog becomes a post per channel, linking back to it and making no claim the piece does not.
you stay in control
You approve anything that matters MOXA starts by asking first. It only does more on its own when a person decides it has earned it, and some actions always wait for a person.
Always waits for a person
- A post someone asked for in a team chat, however good MOXA’s record
- Every post on a leader’s own account
- A post that failed a check
- Every deletion, override and spend past a limit
- 01A person decides when it gets more freedom. After 30 days and 25 approvals with a strong record and no overrides, Nagent suggests letting MOXA do more alone, and its helpers follow. A person accepts or declines.
- 02The exact words, or nothing. An approval covers the exact words. If the post changes afterwards, it does not go out, and MOXA tells you why.
- 03A second person approves. The approver is never the person who asked. A post on a leader’s own profile is approved only by that leader, or someone they name.
- 04Community rules come first. If a Reddit community’s rules would remove a post, it does not go out, and no approval overrides that.
Questions about MOXA
What is MOXA?
MOXA is the social media lead on Nagent's Marketing team, reporting to MIRA, the AI Marketing Chief of Staff. It plans what your brand posts, has each post written and checked, and sends it to a named person to approve. It publishes what that person approved, then reads the response.
Does MOXA publish without a person?
On a new workspace, every post waits for a named person to approve the exact words, and that person is never the one who asked. A person decides if MOXA ever gets more freedom. Even then, posts asked for in a team chat, posts on a leader’s own account and posts that failed a check always wait.
Which channels can MOXA post to?
MOXA plans and drafts for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest. LinkedIn is the most tested. Some formats, such as Instagram stories and YouTube uploads, are posted by a person. X cannot be connected yet, and any channel that is not connected is posted by hand.
Can our CEO post from their own account?
Yes, on LinkedIn, once they agree to the consent terms and connect their own account. MOXA drafts from their notes, and only they, or someone they name, approve. MOXA never comments, likes, follows or connects for them. If they withdraw, nothing of theirs that is not yet published goes out.
Does MOXA make images or video?
No. Images come from RUPA and video from Alpha, each cost approved by a named person, and opening lines come from HOOK. MOXA does not spend on paid ads. A paid boost goes through NIA, under its own budget and approval.
How do we get MOXA?
Nagent's team sets MOXA up for your workspace. Then you connect a channel, set your brand voice and content themes, pick the month's goal and who approves. MOXA then plans your first week.
Put MOXA on your Marketing team.
Give it your content themes and the claims you can back up. It plans every week, checks every post and publishes only what a named person approved.
