Get blog posts written from what your company knows. You approve every one before it goes live.
Give CREA's Blog Studio a topic. It researches, writes, edits, reviews, adds pictures and links, all from your own documents and brand. Then it stops. Nothing is published until a person approves it.

Most AI blog drafts are generic. They could be about any company.
Blog Studio writes from your own documents, products and brand voice. A person approves every post before it is published.

What Blog Studio knows how to do Connecting a tool turns nothing on. A person switches on each action, one at a time.
Skills
- 01Search-ready blogQuestions as headings, an FAQ and a 40 to 90 word answer at the top. The default.
- 02News articleThe news first, from the original source, with plain headings and no FAQ.
- 03House format (Beta)Your newsroom's author line, lengths and rules on top of the style.
- Your siteYour website shows published posts using a site key (Beta).
- WordPress (Beta)Each approved article arrives in your WordPress as a draft. Your editors publish it there.

by industry
How teams like yours use Blog Studio
- 01Media and publishing
News articles from the original source, under your newsroom author line, with approved stories sent to WordPress as drafts for your editors.
- 02Consumer brands
How-to and usage posts based on your product range, in your brand voice, waiting for your approval.
- 03Software
Posts built to rank in search, with questions as headings and an answer at the top, written from your product knowledge.
you stay in control
You approve anything that matters Blog Studio starts by asking first. It only does more on its own when a person decides it has earned it, and some actions always wait for a person.
Always waits for a person
- Every publish, until a person clicks
- Any draft the reviewer rejected
- Any post that would go over the daily blog budget
- Writing, until a default blog author is set
- 01A person decides how much Blog Studio does alone. For each kind of action, after 30 days and 25 approvals with a strong record, Nagent suggests letting Blog Studio do more alone. A workspace admin says yes or no.
- 02The last step is yours. Approve & Publish is a person’s click. A post requested in the room is published only on that click, never because of an earlier approval.
- 03A safety check nobody can switch off. Every post passes a built-in check before it publishes. A post that carries Nagent's name instead of yours is refused.
- 04Spending has a limit. Posts share a daily blog budget your workspace sets, and each post shows what it cost.
Questions about Blog Studio
What is Blog Studio?
Blog Studio is CREA's blog writing team on the Content team. Type a topic and it researches, writes, edits, reviews, illustrates, links and checks a post based on your own Knowledge Hub and brand. Then it stops and waits for a person to approve it.
Who owns Blog Studio?
CREA, your AI Content Chief of Staff. Ask CREA in the Content room, or open Blog Studio under Pages & Posts and start a post yourself. Either way it ends waiting for your approval.
Will the posts be about our company?
Yes. Each draft is based on your brand profile, your products and services, up to six matching Knowledge Hub passages and your brand book. If your Knowledge Hub has nothing on a topic, the draft avoids made-up detail.
Does anything publish without us?
No. A person clicks Approve & Publish. Every post also passes a built-in safety check before it can publish, and no permission can skip that check.
Can Blog Studio post to our WordPress site?
Yes, in Beta. Connect WordPress in Settings, Integrations, and each approved article arrives there as a draft. Your editors publish it from WordPress. Nagent never publishes in your WordPress.
Put CREA's Blog Studio on your Content team.
Give it a topic. You get back a reviewed post written from your own material, and the publish button stays yours.
