Send cold emails worth replying to. Every detail checked against the research.
NORA researches each account. VANI turns that research into the first email, the follow-ups and a polite last note, and lists every fact it used so it can be checked. A person approves every send.

One wrong detail in a cold email, and the prospect stops reading.
VANI opens on something true that NORA found, says nothing her research cannot back up, and shows you every fact it used.

Writes the first email
NORA hands over her research notes and says which email is due. VANI writes one email: a short subject line, a preview line and exactly one question.
- 11:1802 of 03
Shows where every fact came from
Each draft comes with a list of everything it says about the prospect. An automatic check confirms each one appears in NORA’s research or the contact record.
- 15:3003 of 03
Writes the follow-ups
Each follow-up builds on the email already sent. When the sequence ends, VANI writes a short, polite last email. Every one still waits for a person.

step by step
See every step VANI takes Each job keeps a plain record: what it looked at, what it did, what it checked, and where it stopped to ask a person.
- 01Read NORA’s research
The company, the person, the buying signs (a new region, new hires) and the angles to open on, each with its source.
- 02Read what you have told it
Its instructions, your Knowledge Hub, your brand voice, your Offerings and who is sending.
- 03Write one email
A subject line of 60 characters or fewer, a preview, three to five short paragraphs and one question.
- 04List the facts
Every specific thing it says about the prospect, so each one can be checked.
- 05Hand it back to NORA
VANI never sends. NORA holds the email until a person approves it.

skills and tools
What VANI knows how to do Connecting a tool turns nothing on. A person switches on each action, one at a time.
Skills
- 01First touchOpens on something NORA found, such as a job opening or a new region, and ends with one question.
- 02Follow-upBuilds on the email already sent and never repeats the opening line.
- 03BreakupA short, polite last email when a prospect has not replied.
- 04The claim listEvery specific fact about the prospect, listed so it can be checked automatically.
- 05One low-friction askExactly one easy question per email, such as whether a 15 minute call is worth it.
What it reads
- 01The dossier NORA’s research notes: the company, the person, recent news and angles to open on, each with its source.
- 02The cadence step Which email is due (first, follow-up or last) and what was sent before.
- 03Your Knowledge Hub Your brand book, documents and assets, read before every draft.
- 04Your Offerings A product or outcome is named only if it is on this list. Without it, drafts use your company name alone.
- 05Your edits Your few most recent edits are shown to it as before and after examples, so drafts match how you write.
by industry
How teams like yours use VANI
- 01Manufacturing
Separate first emails for design engineers and buyers at each manufacturer, from NORA’s research. The key account manager approves before any go out.
- 02Telecom
First emails and follow-ups that mention a new office or a move and offer a site survey. The account executive approves every contact and every line.
- 03Healthcare
First emails to HR and benefits buyers that mention what NORA found, such as a new campus. The head of corporate sales approves first.
you stay in control
You approve anything that matters VANI starts by asking first. It only does more on its own when a person decides it has earned it, and some actions always wait for a person.
Always waits for a person
- Every send of its drafts on a new workspace
- Every follow-up before it goes out
- A newer version of its instructions, shown to you for review
- Anyone on your do-not-contact list, who is never emailed
- 01VANI writes. It never sends. VANI cannot send anything itself. NORA sends what it writes, and on a new workspace every send waits for a person.
- 02Every fact comes from the research. Each fact about the prospect must appear in NORA’s research or the contact record. It never makes up funding, hires, headcount, customers or numbers.
- 03Only what you sell. It names a product or outcome only if it is in your Offerings. With no Offerings or knowledge added, a draft uses your company name alone.
- 04A person decides any extra freedom. Letting NORA send more on her own is suggested only after 30 days and 25 approvals with a strong record. A workspace admin says yes or no.
Questions about VANI
Is VANI a voice or calling agent?
No. Its name is Sanskrit for voice, but its job is writing. VANI writes outbound emails for NORA. It does not write LinkedIn messages, make calls or speak.
Does VANI send email?
No. NORA sends what VANI writes, and on a new workspace every send waits for a person to approve it. You can read and edit every draft on NORA’s Messages screen first.
What stops it making up a detail?
Its rules forbid made-up funding, hires, headcount, customer names and numbers, and it never name-drops customers. Every fact it uses is listed, and an automatic check confirms each one against NORA’s research.
Why can I not find VANI in the room?
It may not appear in the list of teammates you can mention. You do not need to ask it directly. Ask NORA for outreach, and she brings VANI in to write.
How is VANI different from LIPI?
VANI writes cold emails, to people who have never replied, from NORA’s research. LIPI writes warm emails, to people you have already spoken to, from your CRM. Each one does one job.
Can we change how VANI writes?
Yes. Edit its instructions on its agent page, and your workspace keeps its own copy. When Nagent releases a newer version, it is shown to you for review, not applied over yours. Your recent edits to drafts also shape the next ones.
Put VANI on your Sales team.
VANI comes with NORA. NORA does the research, VANI writes the email and shows every fact it used, and a person approves every send.
