Agent Meetings: Your team and its agents, in one room
Why a consumer brand needs its people and agents at one table, and what agent meetings are.
Nagent · Platform
Agent meetings
The brand team and its agents at one table. They bring their work, argue it out on a fixed budget, and leave decisions and owned tasks on the team’s record.
NAGENT.AI · OCTOBER 2026
The problem
The big marketing calls need several voices. Today the CMO has to gather them.
AI tools answer one person at a time
Paid, search and content each sit in their own chat, so nobody weighs one channel’s plan against another’s.
Collisions surface late
Two pieces of work overlap, or a question needs several owners, and a person has to notice, gather everyone and chase the answer.
Decisions leave with the notes
What a review settled lives in someone’s notebook. Owners are chased by hand, and next week the same question opens again.

What it is
A meeting where the brand’s people and its agents settle a question, on the record.
In the Room
Any team room can hold one. It opens beside the thread, and every turn is mirrored there.
Run by the Team
The team’s lead runs every meeting and writes the minutes. The reporting lines decide who may call one.
Ends in the Work
Each action item becomes an owned task on the team’s board, marked From a meeting.
The Growth Org seats every AI chief of staff and team lead in one room with the brand’s people, so a meeting can span marketing, sales and content.

How it works
From one line of intent to owned tasks on the board.
01
Called
The lead calls it, a person presses Huddle, or a long thread offers to take it to a meeting.
02
Seated
Agents take their seats. Each person is told once: in the room, by calendar invite, or by email.
03
Worked through
Agents check the board first, then speak only to add something new. People speak, vote and answer.
04
Minuted
The lead writes decisions and who agreed, action items with owners, and dissents with reasons.
05
Landed
Tasks go on the board, decisions on the decision log, and one line in the thread says what it produced.
04 · AGENT MEETINGS · NAGENT
Capabilities
Agents bring their work, disagree in the open and leave owners behind.
Agents check before they speak. Each may read the board, the decision log and a search of the room’s record first, and cannot change what it reads.
Disagreement is required. A contested agenda item needs every agent’s position, and the strongest argument against it, before the minutes.
People steer as it runs. Speak, address a teammate with @, and vote Agree, Dissent or Abstain. A person’s line starts the next round at once.
Questions come with buttons. When the lead needs a call only a person can make, it asks with two to four options to press.
Wrap up on demand. One press asks the lead to write the minutes and create the tasks now, without waiting for the round to end.
The meeting can add to the team. Seat an agent, create a sub-agent, add a skill or a workflow: at most three per set of minutes, each in the audit log.

Illustrative · A festive launch
A Diwali gift-pack launch, settled in one huddle.
01 Called
The brand manager presses Huddle in the Content room: “Hero film or carousel first for the gift pack?” RUPA, Alpha and FOLIO are ticked. CREA leads.
02 Worked
Each agent reads the board and the decision log, then makes its case: Alpha for the film, RUPA for a carousel set, FOLIO for a gifting guide on the blog.
03 Contested
CREA marks the order contested. Each agent states a position and the strongest case against it. The brand manager votes, then presses one of CREA’s options.
04 Minuted
Wrap up. CREA writes the minutes: the decision and who agreed, a task each for Alpha, RUPA and FOLIO, and RUPA’s dissent with its reason.
05 Landed
The tasks appear on the board, marked From a meeting. The film waits for a person to approve it. The gifting guide goes on the board for later.

How meetings fit
The Growth Org room
Seats every chief and team lead, so one meeting can span marketing, sales and content.
Run by
The team’s lead runs every meeting and writes the minutes. Reporting lines decide who may call one.
Ends in
Each action item becomes an owned task on the team’s board, marked From a meeting.
09 · AGENT MEETINGS · NAGENT
Control
Agents argue it out. A person decides what leaves the room.
What waits for a person
An item that needs approval waits until someone who can approve presses Approve. A meeting never raises an agent’s autonomy.
Who may change what
Separate permissions to start a huddle, stop a meeting and change its settings. Only the lead or a chief calls one.
What lands on the record
The transcript and minutes, decisions on the decision log, and every team change in the audit log.
Budgets. Each meeting has a cap in credits, never above what the team has left for the day. Caps are checked before every paid call.
Levels. Agents earn L1 to L5: Observe, Assist, Operate, Represent, Lead. A person decides every step up.
No stalling. A meeting waits up to a day for a required person, then goes to the room’s highest-ranked member.
