Knowledge Hub: One source of truth every agent reads
The consumer CMO’s problem and what the Knowledge Hub is.

Nagent · Platform
Knowledge Hub
One source of truth every agent reads before it works: what the brand sells, who buys it, how the brand sounds and looks, and the market it competes in.
NAGENT.AI · OCTOBER 2026
The problem
An agent that has never read the brand writes like an outsider.
The brand is re-explained in every prompt
Each tool and each freelancer gets the brief again, and each keeps its own slightly different copy of it.
Guesses fill the gaps
Without the range, the buyer and the voice, the copy turns generic and the images drift off brand.
Nobody sees what the AI did not know
A missing fact never reaches the person who could supply it, so the same guess comes back next week.
02 · KNOWLEDGE HUB · NAGENT
What it is
The brand tells its agents once, and every agent reads it before it works.
One place for the brand’s documents, the customer it sells to, its products and services, its website, its voice and look, and its images. It belongs to the workspace alone.
The Room
Each team room adds its own charter, files and decisions.
The Team
Every agent on it reads the hub before each run.
The Work
Pages, posts, images, video and e-mail ground on it.

03 · KNOWLEDGE HUB · NAGENT
How it works
Five steps in order, each giving the next more to go on.
01
Website
Nagent reads the site, the pages that say what the brand sells first.
02
Customer
A few sentences on who buys. Nagent works out the rest.
03
Products
Drafted from the site or a file. A person makes the right ones active.
04
Brand
The voice is drafted from the site, read, then confirmed.
05
Documents
What the site does not carry: decks, price sheets, research.
Then every agent reads it before it works, and what an agent could not answer comes back as a Gap for a person to fill.
04 · KNOWLEDGE HUB · NAGENT
Capabilities
What the hub does that a shared drive cannot.
Starts from the website. Nagent reads the brand’s own pages first, the ones that say what it sells and who it is, and files each as a document.
Takes material in any form. Text, a link, a deck, a sheet or a PDF, a video of up to two hours, and a facts sheet of claims agents must get right.
Reaches agents only once confirmed. Drafted products wait in a review queue and a drafted voice waits for a person. Until then, agents write neutral copy.
Shows the product as it is. Each product carries up to eight images, and RUPA and Alpha render from them with the product kept exactly as shown.
Turns gaps into documents. Questions agents could not answer are grouped by topic, and one press drafts an answer from the brand’s own documents, citing each.
Keeps memory a person approves. Each week Nagent proposes what two or more agents learned. Nothing proposed is used until a person approves it.

Illustrative · A festive gift box launch
Every agent on the launch starts from the same brief.
01
Brand team
Adds the gift box as a product with its images, makes it active, and uploads the festive brief.
02
N · MIRA
The brand lead asks N for a launch plan. MIRA plans it from the hub and hands each piece to its owner.
03
RUPA · Alpha
Render the gift box from its product images, in the brand’s look, with the pack kept exactly as shown.
04
DRIS
Writes a festive gifting guide grounded on the active products and the brand’s own pages.
05
NIA
Asks which cities the box reaches before the festival. No document answers it, so it lands in Gaps.
06
Brand team
Writes the answer from the gap and saves it. Every agent that asked can now read it.
07
MOXA
Drafts the launch posts in the confirmed voice. They wait for a person until MOXA earns L5.

How it connects
The hub feeds every agent. Gaps feed the hub.
Knowledge Hub
The brand, its customer, products, site and documents.
Team room
Each team’s charter, shared files, decisions and notes.
Agent skills
How each agent does its own work.
The agent at work
Draws on all three before every run.
The work
Pages, posts, images, video and e-mail. Spend and anything public waits on a card for a person.
Gaps
What it could not answer, sent to Needs you. A person writes it back into the hub.

Where the hub sits
Filled by
The brand team, and N, which saves the brand’s objective, website and brand where every agent reads them.
Read by
MIRA, SERA, CREA and every team lead, before each run. Pages, posts, images, video and outreach e-mail ground on it.
The Growth Org room
Each team room adds its own charter, files and decisions. Gaps go to Needs you for a person to answer.

Control
What Nagent drafts, a person confirms before agents use it.
Waits for a person
Drafted products, until confirmed in the review queue.
A drafted voice, until confirmed. Until then, neutral copy.
Proposed memory and documents written from a gap.
Who may change what
Knowledge read to see documents and Gaps; knowledge write to add, edit or approve.
Brand, voice and website follow their own permissions.
Each role sees only its tabs. An admin sees all.
On the record
What the brand wrote is kept apart from what Nagent worked out.
Each product shows its source; each gap draft cites its documents.
A source that failed to index counts against set-up.
Budgets. Daily and monthly caps in credits, checked before every paid call. A larger site read asks first.
Levels. Agents earn L1 to L5: Observe, Assist, Operate, Represent, Lead. A person decides every step up.

Why it is different
One brief the whole team reads, not one per prompt.
| The usual way | On Nagent | |
|---|---|---|
| Where the brand lives | In each prompt, tool and inbox | One Knowledge Hub every agent reads first |
| What the AI knows | Whatever was pasted into this chat | The site, products, customer, voice and documents |
| Unchecked guesses | Used as if they were true | Drafts wait until a person confirms them |
| Missing answers | Guessed, and nobody hears of it | Listed under Gaps, answered once by a person |
| What it learns | Lost when the chat or the team changes | Proposed as memory, kept once approved |

DRIS and Convexa: about 15 qualified bookings a month, and a 4.9 rating.
DRIS grounds every page it writes on the brand’s own knowledge, not on a guess about the brand.

03
