Sources

Every fact our agents use has a source the brand can see and control: its own knowledge, its connected accounts, the places it watches, and the sites AI engines cite.

NAGENT.AI · OCTOBER 2026

The problem

AI that cannot say where a fact came from should not speak for a brand.

Copy written from guesswork

A tool that has never read the range, the pack claims or the tone fills each gap with confident generalities.

Numbers nobody can trace

A figure in a plan with no source behind it has to be checked by hand before anyone trusts it.

The market moves faster than the brief

Competitor drops, news and creator talk change daily, and AI engines answer shoppers from sites the brand never sees.

02 · SOURCES · NAGENT

What Sources is

Every fact an agent uses has a source a person can see and control.

01

What the brand gives

Documents, website pages kept in step, the customer profile, products, brand and assets, in the Knowledge Hub.

02

Connected accounts

Search Console, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Business Profile, read through the actions the team allows.

03

Source Watch

Feeds, pages, news searches and social accounts CREA reads every day for things worth a post.

04

What AI engines cite

The sites answer engines rely on when shoppers ask, tracked by DRIS.

05

The CRM record

SERA’s CRM digest of open deals, and NORA’s account dossiers with their sources.

Every team reads the same sources, and answers in the room show them.

The Nagent workspace: the Sales room with its rail, the Inbox, the thread of people and agents, and a meeting’s minutes waiting on approval

03 · SOURCES · NAGENT

How it works

From what the brand knows to an answer that shows its source.

01

Give

The team points us at its website and adds decks, notes and a facts sheet.

02

Confirm

Drafted products and voice reach agents only once a person confirms them.

03

Connect

The team signs in to its accounts and ticks each action an agent may call.

04

Watch

CREA reads the chosen feeds and accounts daily and scores what is new.

05

Cite

Agents work from these sources and show them. A figure with no source is dropped.

Kept in step. Crawling the site again updates its pages in place, and a changed document is read again on its own.

04 · SOURCES · NAGENT

Capabilities

Our agents read what the brand chose, and say when it is not enough.

Reads the brand’s site and keeps it in step. Pages that say what the brand sells go first; a re-crawl refreshes them in place.

Opens only the actions allowed. Each action on a connected account is ticked by hand and narrowed to named agents.

Watches the market every day. CREA scores new items against the brand’s buyers and themes, and drafts the best few.

Follows AI answers to their sources. DRIS asks the answer engines what shoppers ask, and records which sites they cite.

Holds the claims that must be right. A facts sheet keeps each claim with its value, source link, date and owner.

Says what it could not answer. Gaps lists the questions agents could not answer, and drafts the missing document.

05 · SOURCES · NAGENT

What a person sees

Every source has a screen a person can open.

Documents

Decks, notes and transcripts, read by passage.

Facts sheet

Each claim with its value, source, date and owner.

Website

The brand’s sites, with Re-crawl and Edit.

Products & Services

Used by agents once a person makes them active.

Market

Competitor and market briefs, kept fresh.

Gaps

Questions agents could not answer.

Integrations

Each action ticked and narrowed to named agents.

A file in the Nagent workspace: the team’s repository rail (charter, roster, memory, decisions log, run files) and a draft from DRIS listing what it read from, its findings and its fixes, with Send back and Accept

Illustrative · A festive launch

A festive range goes out on facts the team can open.

01 · The brand team

Adds the festive range deck and a facts sheet of pack claims, and re-crawls the new pages.

02 · CREA

Watches the brand’s newsroom, competitor feeds and a festival news search; posts a daily digest.

03 · A person, then CREA

A person promotes a story lead; CREA drafts from the primary source and credits it, for Review.

04 · MIRA

Plans the launch week from Search Console and GA4, each figure saying where it came from.

05 · NIA

Reads the Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts and proposes changes. Each waits for a person.

06 · DRIS and Echo

DRIS sees which sites AI engines cite on gifting questions; review pages they rely on go to Echo.

07 · SOURCES · NAGENT

How it connects

Sources feed every agent, every room and every approval.

Where Sources sits

Fed by

The Knowledge Hub, connected accounts, the CRM record, Source Watch and the sites AI engines cite.

Used by

Each chief and team lead plans and drafts from them. SERA reads the CRM digest; CREA reads Source Watch; DRIS tracks citations.

The Growth Org room

An answer in the room carries sources a person can open.

09 · SOURCES · NAGENT

Control

A person decides what agents read, and what they do with it.

Waits for a person

  • Products drafted from the site, until made active
  • A drafted brand voice, until confirmed
  • New sources CREA finds, on a Watch a source card
  • Memory lines proposed from what agents learned

Who may change what

  • Documents and Gaps: knowledge permission
  • Website crawls: workspace settings permission
  • Tools and their actions: tools write permission
  • Watched sources: content write permission

What lands on the record

  • Each document’s status and when it was last read
  • Each source’s items, scores and what became of them
  • Today’s digest, posted in CREA’s room daily
  • Every held action, on Actions, to approve or dismiss

Levels. Agents earn L1 to L5: Observe, Assist, Operate, Represent, Lead. A person decides every step up.

Budgets. Daily and monthly caps in credits, checked before every paid call.
