Nagent vs HubSpot Agent Hub for a growth team

Choose HubSpot Agent Hub if HubSpot is already your CRM and you want agents that act on that data inside one suite, billed in HubSpot Credits. Choose Nagent if you want a staffed AI growth team across marketing, sales and content that your people direct and approve in shared rooms, with autonomy that rises one level at a time, working alongside HubSpot or another CRM. Many growth teams can run both: HubSpot as the system of record, Nagent connected to it.
We make Nagent, so read this with that in mind. Every HubSpot fact below comes from HubSpot's own pages, checked 24 October 2026.
What is each product, in short?
HubSpot Agent Hub is HubSpot's home for agents across marketing, sales and service. HubSpot lists a Content Agent, Campaign Agent, Nurture Agent, Prospecting Agent, Customer Agent, Data Agent and Revenue Agent, and an Agent Builder for custom agents built on your prompts, knowledge and CRM data (HubSpot). It is included in Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions.
Nagent is multiplayer AI for growth: people and AI agents in one shared context, delivering the number. It arrives as a growth org: MIRA, SERA and CREA are the AI Marketing, Sales and Content Chiefs of Staff, each leading team leads such as DRIS for AI search visibility, NIA for paid ads, NORA for outbound research, RUPA for images and FOLIO for long-form publications. People and agents work in team rooms, and every agent holds a level on a five-step autonomy ladder.
The core difference: HubSpot adds agents to a CRM suite. Nagent adds a team, led by chiefs who plan and hand work out, to whatever stack you already run.
How do they compare on the jobs a growth team runs?
Planning a campaign from a goal
HubSpot: the Campaign Agent turns a goal into a planned multi-channel campaign inside HubSpot.
Nagent: MIRA takes the goal, plans it and hands pieces to team leads; she passes the writing and visuals to CREA's Content team.
Content
HubSpot: the Content Agent builds blog posts, social content and landing pages in your brand voice.
Nagent: CREA's Content team writes from the shared Knowledge Hub, with LANDON for landing pages (a person presses Publish), RUPA for brand-locked images, Alpha for video and FOLIO for PDF and DOCX publications.
AI search visibility
HubSpot: an AEO add-on (Beta) at $50 a month, or $45 billed annually, tracks 25 prompts across three answer engines, and is included in Marketing Hub Professional and Enterprise (HubSpot pricing).
Nagent: DRIS asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok how they describe you, audits pages and proposes fixes for a person to approve.
Paid ads
HubSpot: the Agent Hub page lists no dedicated ads agent.
Nagent: NIA builds Google Ads campaigns that arrive paused and queues every live change for a person. Her Meta and ChatGPT ads channels are in Beta.
Outbound
HubSpot: the Prospecting Agent monitors buying signals and launches personalised outreach, with a "Review emails" or "Send without review" setting (HubSpot knowledge base).
Nagent: NORA researches accounts before outreach and drafts wait for a person; VANI, which writes NORA's emails, is in Beta.
CRM data and customer service
HubSpot: this is its home ground. The Data Agent pulls insights from CRM records, calls and documents, and the Customer Agent resolves service inquiries across channels.
Nagent: keeps leads and pipeline in its own CRM view and connects to HubSpot. Customer experience runs on Convexa, a separate product with its own subscription.
How do approvals and autonomy differ?
This is the biggest practical difference for a team that worries about agents acting on its behalf.
HubSpot sets review per agent. The Prospecting Agent, for example, either holds each email for review or sends without it. That is simple and clear, and it is a switch rather than a path.
Nagent uses an earned autonomy ladder: L1 Observe, L2 Assist, L3 Operate, L4 Represent and L5 Lead. Every agent starts at L2 Assist, drafting on its own while changes others rely on wait. A person approves every customer-facing step below L5. The system nominates an agent for promotion after 30 days at its level, at least 25 decided cards and almost none dismissed; a person decides, one step at a time, and a nightly check drops a level after too many dismissals or errors. Deleting and governance changes always wait. Held work appears on a confirm card in the team room and in the Inbox of everyone allowed to approve it. See autonomy and governance.
If you want one switch per agent, HubSpot is simpler. If you want agents to earn room on evidence, with a record of every decision, Nagent is built for it.
How does pricing compare?
HubSpot, checked 24 October 2026:
Editions: Marketing Hub Starter is shown at $7 to $20 per seat a month depending on billing; Professional starts at $800 to $890 a month with three core seats and 3,000 credits, plus a one-time $3,000 onboarding fee; Enterprise starts at $3,600 a month with five core seats and 5,000 credits, plus a one-time $7,000 onboarding fee (HubSpot pricing).
Credits: $0.010 each, sold in packs of 1,000 for $10 or pay-as-you-go. Unused credits expire at month end.
Per action: Content Agent 1,000 credits per piece of content, Prospecting Agent 100 credits per lead, Customer Agent 50 credits per resolution, Data Agent 10 credits per response and Nurture Agent 10 credits per email (HubSpot Credits).
Worked example from those rates: 20 pieces of content is 20,000 credits, or $200; prospecting 300 leads is 30,000 credits, or $300.
Nagent:
Plans: Solo (1 seat, 1,000 credits a month, one standard agent team), Team (10 seats, 6,000 credits, any one team), Business (50 seats, 30,000 pooled credits, every team) and Enterprise by quote. Prices are on /pricing.
Per action, as a rough guide: an AEO page audit is about 10 credits, a campaign build about 40 and a rendered video about 700.
When the allowance runs out, paid tools pause and nothing is deleted.
The honest comparison: if you already pay for HubSpot Professional, its agents add usage cost on top of a suite you own. Nagent is a separate subscription, so it makes sense when the team it adds covers jobs your HubSpot setup does not, such as paid ads, AI search visibility or a coordinated content team.
Which should a growth team choose?
You run everything in HubSpot and mainly want help inside it: Agent Hub.
You need a service agent on your help desk: HubSpot's Customer Agent; Nagent's customer experience product, Convexa, is sold separately.
You want paid search, AI search visibility, content and outbound planned together by chiefs who hand work out: Nagent.
Your CRM is not HubSpot: Nagent, since HubSpot's agents depend on HubSpot data.
You want agents to earn autonomy on a record, with people approving in shared rooms: Nagent.
Can you use Nagent and HubSpot together?
Yes. Nagent connects to HubSpot through Composio, alongside Gmail, Slack, Notion, Sheets and hundreds of other tools, plus your own API. Connecting a tool does not hand an agent everything it can do: you choose each action, choose which agents may call it, and actions with consequences still wait for a person until the agent's level allows them (connecting a tool).
A common pattern: HubSpot stays the system of record for contacts, deals and email. Nagent's teams read from it, research and draft, and write back only what you allow.
What does Nagent not do that HubSpot does?
Be clear on the gaps before you choose:
Nagent is not a CRM suite. If you run marketing email, your website CMS and your service desk in HubSpot, keep them there.
It does not post to social media; MOXA, the social media lead, is coming soon.
HOOK, Echo, LIPI and VANI are in Beta, and N, the head of the growth org, is in Beta with a waitlist.
HubSpot has a far larger ecosystem of apps, partners and trained admins.
What should you ask in both demos?
Show me an agent action waiting for approval. Who can approve it, and where is it recorded?
What exactly does each agent cost per action, and which line grows when we double volume?
What can an agent do without a person today, and how does that change?
Where does our brand and product context live, and does every agent read the same copy?
Frequently Asked Questions
Nagent MIRA vs HubSpot Agent Hub: which is better for running marketing campaigns?
HubSpot's Campaign Agent plans campaigns inside HubSpot. MIRA plans from a goal and hands the work to team leads for content, paid search and AI search visibility, with people approving in a shared room. If your campaigns live in HubSpot, start there; if they span ads, content and AI search, MIRA covers more of the plan.
Is HubSpot Agent Hub free?
Agent Hub is included in Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions, but most agents consume HubSpot Credits, at $0.010 each, when they act. Paid editions include a monthly allowance that does not roll over.
Does Nagent integrate with HubSpot?
Yes, through Composio. You choose which HubSpot actions agents may call and which agents may call them, and consequential actions wait for a person.
Can Nagent replace HubSpot?
No, and it is not meant to. Nagent adds an AI growth team; HubSpot remains a CRM suite. Many teams use both.
Compare both on your own pipeline: book a demo, or see the platform first.
