Echo: Reputation
The reputation work Echo takes off a consumer CMO’s plate, and who Echo is.

Nagent · Marketing team
Echo
Reputation, reporting to MIRA
Reads reviews into cases and checks what answer engines say about the brand against facts the team approved.
NAGENT.AI · OCTOBER 2026
The job
Reviews and AI answers now describe the brand faster than a team can read.
Reviews land in a dozen places
Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, the app stores and Google each hold their own reviews, and each needs reading every day.
Answer engines speak for the brand
Buyers ask AI assistants about the brand, and nobody checks the answer against what is actually true.
A public reply stays public
A review about safety, health or a child’s wellbeing needs a careful person, not a fast template.

Meet Echo
Echo ties what the world says about the brand to what is true.
“Reads reviews into cases and checks what answer engines say about the brand against facts the team approved.”
A claim counts as accurate only if it matches a fact a person in the workspace approved, so the record of truth stays with the brand.

How it works
Facts come first. Every review and every answer is read against them.
01
Approved facts
A person writes down what is true. Each fact has a version, an owner and an expiry.
02
Hourly review read
Six seats read the sources they own every hour and grade what is new.
03
Cases and findings
Serious reviews open cases. Wrong answer engine claims become findings with a severity.
04
Reply drafts
Drafts for a named approver. Sensitive reviews go to a person, with no draft.
05
A person posts
The approver posts the approved words by hand, one reply at a time.
06
Weekly digest
Claim issues, inclusion and coverage, reported side by side.
Then the loop runs again. A reason for sending a draft back is carried into the next one.

Capabilities
Echo reads, checks and drafts. People decide what is said in public.
Approved facts. Each fact the brand stands behind carries a version, an owner and an expiry, and every claim is judged against them.
Reviews become cases. Hourly reads open cases with the issue, risk, owner and due time. A person can take a case over and hand it back.
Answer engine checks. Samples up to three answer engines, 12 samples per question per week, and judges each claim accurate or inaccurate.
Findings by severity. A wrong or disputed claim becomes a graded finding. A person sets its owner, and a finding never closes itself.
Reply drafts. Short, grounded drafts in the brand’s voice for a named approver. A reason for sending one back shapes the next.
Sensitive reviews go to a person. Safety, health, discrimination, harassment, legal threats and a child’s wellbeing: no draft, a designated reviewer writes it.

The bench
Six seats listen where consumers leave reviews, one per platform group.
SHOP
Marketplace reviews
Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho and the brand’s own store. Says when a platform allows no public reply.
APPS
App reviews
App Store and Google Play reviews, with developer reply drafts for approval.
LOCAL
Local listings
Google reviews, Justdial, Yelp, Tripadvisor and the local sites the business is listed on.
SOCIAL
Social and web
Reddit threads, X posts, YouTube videos, news and web pages a person adds.
REVIEWS
Review sites
Trustpilot, G2, Capterra, Clutch and MouthShut.
EMPLOYER
Employer reviews
Glassdoor, AmbitionBox and Indeed, kept to the rules for employee reviews.
Each seat triages, drafts for approval and sends Echo a weekly digest.

Illustrative · A consumer brand
A week with Echo at a consumer brand.
Monday
Facts and the digest
The brand team expires an old pack-size fact and approves the new one. Last week’s digest lands.
Tuesday
A case opens
SHOP flags Flipkart reviews about a leaking cap. Echo opens a case with risk, owner and due time.
Wednesday
A person takes it
A Nykaa review mentions a skin reaction. Echo grades it sensitive and sends it to the designated reviewer.
Thursday
A wrong answer
Sampled answers quote an old price. Echo raises a finding with a severity, and DRIS takes the fix.
Friday
Replies, by hand
The approver reads the APPS drafts one at a time, sends one back with a reason and posts the rest.

Outputs and sources
Four things the team can act on, and no single AI score.
Delivers
Cases. One for each review that needs a response, with the issue, risk, owner, reply state and due time.
Findings. One for each claim an answer engine gets wrong or disputes, graded by severity.
Reply drafts. For a named approver, in the brand’s voice, within what each platform allows.
Weekly digests. Each seat’s week, counted in code, with the measures kept apart.
Reads and connects to

Consumer sources first. Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, App Store, Google Play and Google reviews.
Also public pages on Yelp, Tripadvisor, G2, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Reddit, X and YouTube.
