Two makers on CREA's content team
Your content team has two members for work that is not a blog post:
- PAIGE makes presentations and PDF documents.
- LANDON makes landing pages.
Both sit on the Content team with CREA and RUPA, and both work from what your workspace knows: your Knowledge Hub, your departments and your brand guidelines. Each drafts from a brief, and you can edit everything after it drafts. Nothing LANDON makes goes live until a person presses Publish.
Find both in the sidebar under Brand Studio: Decks & documents and Landing pages. Anyone who can read content can open them. Making, editing and publishing need content write permission, and the New buttons appear only for people who have it.
Fill in your brand book at nagent.ai/admin/brand first. Both makers take their colours, fonts and logo from it. Without it, the form says "No brand guidelines set, using a neutral theme".
Draft a deck or document with PAIGE
Open Decks & documents and click New.
- Pick Presentation or PDF document.
- Pick a Purpose: Sales pitch, Proposal, Company profile, Product overview, Investor update, Board report, Internal update, Training / enablement, Case study, One-pager, Report, Event brief or Custom. A hint under the list says what each one covers.
- Optionally pick an Org template. Leave it on "No template, PAIGE picks the structure" to let PAIGE decide.
- Add a Title if you want one, the Audience, and how many Slides or Pages, from 1 to 30. Left empty, PAIGE decides.
- Write the Brief: what it should achieve, the key messages, the facts to include and the ask.
- Optionally narrow the grounding. Department knowledge is the whole organisation unless you pick a department. Presenter / author picks a person from it. Knowledge docs to ground on takes up to 10 documents from your Knowledge Hub.
- Click Draft with PAIGE.
For Prompt World, a Sales pitch for "Heads of sales enablement at mid-size software companies" with the brief "Show how a shared prompt library cuts new rep ramp time, with our workshop results and a pilot offer" is a typical start.
PAIGE takes 30 to 60 seconds, then opens the draft in the editor. If drafting fails, the draft is kept: open it from the list to try again or to edit it by hand. Start blank skips PAIGE and opens an empty document.
The page has two tabs. Documents lists your drafts. Org templates lists the templates your organisation has saved.
Edit the draft
The editor shows the pages down the left, the selected page in the middle and three tabs on the right. A presentation is 16:9 and a document is A4.
- Pages. Hover a page to move it up or down, duplicate it or delete it. Add page adds one after the selected page.
- Page tab. Change the Layout (Title, Section divider, Bullets, Two / three columns, Key numbers, Quote, Image + text, Table, Timeline / steps, Long-form text or Closing / CTA) and edit the words. Speaker notes / guidance carries notes for the presenter. To have PAIGE redo one page, type what you want under Ask PAIGE to rewrite this page and click Rewrite.
- Theme tab. It starts from your brand guidelines, and changes here apply to this document only: colours, fonts, logo, footer text, cover style and Page numbers. Reset to brand guidelines puts it back.
- Details tab. Set the Status to draft, ready or archived, and change the Audience. It lists what the draft was Grounded on and keeps the Original brief. Save as org template makes a template from this document for everyone in the workspace. Duplicate copies it, and Delete removes it for good.
Click Save to keep your changes.
Download as PDF or PowerPoint
Three buttons sit at the top of the editor. Save first: they wait until your changes are saved.
| Button | What you get |
|---|---|
| A PDF of every page, made in your browser | |
| PowerPoint | An editable PowerPoint file |
| A print view. Use your browser's Save as PDF for a PDF with selectable text |
The PowerPoint file is built from real slide objects: text boxes, shapes, tables and images, in the document's own colours and fonts, with the speaker notes carried over. You can change it in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides rather than getting a picture of each page. An image that cannot be loaded from its address is left out, and the editor tells you how many were.
Org templates
A template fixes a structure your organisation reuses, such as a quarterly board report. Make one with New, then New org template, or from any document with Save as org template.
To use one, pick it under Org template when you start a new document. Draft with PAIGE fills it from your brief, and Start from template, no AI copies it as it is. From an open template, New document from this template does the same.
Build a landing page with LANDON
Open Landing pages. It reads: "LANDON, CREA's landing page builder, writes on-brand pages from your knowledge base and brand guidelines." Click New page.
- Pick a Goal: Lead capture, Demo request, Event registration, Product launch, Waitlist, Content download, Webinar or Custom.
- Optionally pick a Template. "No template, LANDON picks the sections" leaves the structure to LANDON.
- Add a Title, which also sets the page's address, and the Audience.
- Write the Brief: the offer, who it is for, the key messages, the proof you have and what you want visitors to do.
- Optionally pick Department knowledge, a Person / voice and up to 10 Knowledge docs to ground on.
- Click Build with LANDON.
LANDON takes 30 to 60 seconds and opens the page in the editor. Start blank opens an empty page instead.
The list shows each page with its Status, Views, Leads and conversion rate. A live page reads Live, and "unpublished changes" when its draft is ahead of what is public. The Pages and Templates tabs split your pages from your saved templates.
Edit the page
The editor shows the sections on the left, a preview in the middle and the settings on the right. The Desktop and Mobile buttons switch the preview. Click a section in the preview to edit it.
- Sections. Add one with Add section: Hero, Feature grid, Benefits (alternating), Key numbers, Testimonials, Logo strip, Pricing, FAQ, How it works, Text section, Image + text, Call to action band or Lead form. Hover a section to move, copy or delete it.
- Block tab. Edit the words, images and buttons. To have LANDON redo one section, type what you want under Ask LANDON to rewrite this block and click Rewrite.
- Theme tab. The same brand theme as PAIGE's, for this page only.
- Form tab. Pick the Fields (Name, Work email, Phone, Company, Role, Message) and which are required. Work email is always asked for. Set the Submit button, Success message and Consent / privacy text.
- SEO tab. The URL slug, an SEO title of up to 70 characters, a Meta description of up to 160, a Social share image, and Hide from search engines (noindex).
- Website tab. Where the page lives outside Nagent; see below.
- Details tab. What it was Grounded on, the Original brief, Save as template, Duplicate, Take offline for a live page, and Delete.
Save draft keeps your changes without making them public.
Publish, and where leads go
Click Publish. A page needs a Lead form section before it can go live, and a template cannot be published: make a page from it first. Once live, the button reads Publish changes, so later edits stay private until you press it again.
A published page has a public address on Nagent, shown in a bar with Copy link, and View live opens it. Every form submission becomes a lead in your CRM, and the page counts its views and leads.
Take offline, on the Details tab, takes a live page down. Publishing is always a person's action. LANDON drafts and rewrites, but never publishes.
Our logic: a landing page speaks for your company in public. The team can draft it in a minute, but the moment it goes live is yours.
Put the page on your own domain
The Website tab moves a live page onto your own site, so search engines index your domain rather than Nagent's. There are two ways, and both keep the form posting to Nagent, so every lead still lands in your Leads.
Address on your site. Type the full address, for example
https://www.promptworld.example/offers/spring, and click Save address.
Your site then serves the page at that path through the Site connection, the
same key that serves your approved visibility fixes and blog posts. Your
developers wire it once; after that, every Publish shows on your site
within five minutes and Take offline removes it. Once an address is
saved, every copy of the page names it as the one to index, the list gains an
On your site link, and the editor shows "Search engines index this
address". Two pages cannot share an address. The developer steps are in
Connect your site.
Download a package. A zip with the page as plain HTML, a fragment to drop into an existing page, the content as JSON and a README, to host anywhere. Download live page takes what is published and Download draft takes the last saved draft. The form in a package accepts submissions once the page is published.
Asking from a room
PAIGE and LANDON are on the Content team's roster. In the Content room, a
message without an @ goes to CREA, the lead; address PAIGE or LANDON by name
to ask either directly. What they make appears in the screens above, ready to
edit. From any other room, type @PAIGE or @LANDON and say what you
need: the request goes to CREA's team with that maker written into the
brief, and the result is posted back to the thread that asked. See
CREA and the content studio.
Where to go next
- CREA and the content studio: blog posts, and the rest of the content team.
- Connect your site: serve landing pages on your own domain.
- Brand Lock: the brand guidelines both makers use.
- The Knowledge Hub: the material every draft reads.
