Your reviews
The review of your workspace at one month, one quarter and one year, what each figure counts, why it is set against your first week, and how to share a read-only link.
A review at one month, one quarter and one year
A month after you sign up, your workspace has its first review. Another follows at one quarter and one more at one year. Each one is on Your review, and each workspace admin gets it by email on the day, with a link to the page.
Home shows a card when a review is ready, until someone opens it. An earlier review stays one tab away on the same page.
Set against your first week
A review sets the week before it against your first week in Nagent. Your first week is your starting point: what your teams did before they knew your business, and before you had approved much of anything.
Both weeks are kept when they close, so a review reads the same whenever you open it. A workspace that started before reviews existed may not have its first week kept; its review then shows the week before it on its own, and says so.
What each figure counts
- Agent work accepted: work you approved, plus work that ran on its own. It is the single number that says how much your teams did that you were happy to have done.
- Approved by a person: drafts, sends, fixes and other work held for a decision that someone approved.
- Ran on its own: work an agent did without asking first, because it was started on a schedule, by an event or by another agent, at a level you allow.
- Replies to outreach: people who wrote back to your team's outreach. Out of office replies, unsubscribes and a plain no are not counted.
- Fixes made live: changes to your site your team proposed and that went live.
- Posts published: articles and social posts that went out under your brand.
Below the figures, a review lists what your workspace reached by then, such as its first approved work or a second team, and at most two things that would help most next.
Share a read-only link
Share a read-only link on the review page files the review in your first team's room and makes a link anyone can open without signing in. The link lasts 30 days. To turn it off sooner, open the review's file in the room and turn off its link there, as for any work your team has shared.
Sharing a review needs the same access as sharing your team's work from its room.
