NIVA keeps the raise; you make every call that commits you
NIVA is the investor relations teammate. It keeps a fundraise in one place: your brief for the round, the investors you add or it finds, every deal by stage, the deck investors read, the data room, and the updates you send. It researches and drafts. Choosing whom to approach, marking an investor as accredited, opening the data room and sending anything are yours.
NIVA is in Beta, and it is not part of any plan by default. Nagent switches it on for a workspace.

Start with the brief
Open NIVA. Until the brief is saved, the page says "Save the brief first: every deal belongs to a round, and fit is scored against it."
Under Raise brief, give the round, the target amount, the cheque range you want, the investor stages, sectors and geographies you are after, and your meeting booking link. Press Save the brief.
Investors and the pipeline
There are two ways to add investors:
- Add an investor takes one investor and their firm, and Add and score scores their fit against your brief.
- Build the target list asks NIVA to search the web from your brief, with an optional focus. It spends from its research budget and contacts no one.
Every deal sits in a column by stage: Researched, Targeted, Contacted, Replied, First meeting, Diligence / data room, Partner meeting, Term sheet, Committed, and Passed or Not now. A deal NIVA researched waits for your decision: Target, Later or Skip.
On a deal you can draft a first email (Draft cold email or Draft intro ask), draft a reply, book a call or keep notes. Drafts wait under Outreach to approve, and nothing leaves until you press Send from my mailbox. NIVA also emails you a daily digest: new replies from investors, today's meetings, deals with no touch in seven days, and the amount soft-circled against your target. Email me the digest now sends it at once.
The Investor Relations room
Form the room creates the Investor Relations room. NIVA leads it, with the research, outreach, pipeline and updates seats; you join as a member and approve what goes out. Once formed, the panel links to the room.
The deck and the data room
The Live deck, Metrics snapshot and Data room panels hold what investors read. Your figures go into the snapshot, the deck is edited slide by slide, and the data room holds the documents for diligence.
An investor sees none of it until you decide:
- Mark the investor Accredited (your call).
- Issue deck link creates a private link to the deck for that investor. It is shown once, so copy it then. Close link withdraws it.
- Open the data room for that investor when you are ready, usually after a first conversation.
The investor needs no account. The data room lists each document, which opens to read in the page and cannot be downloaded, and tells them the founder can see when each one is opened. A link that is closed, or an investor without data room access, gets a plain page saying so.
Investor updates drafts your monthly update to investors and your quarterly one to the warm pipeline. NIVA asks you five questions, and the draft uses only your answers and your newest approved metrics snapshot; a draft that quotes a number neither holds is refused. Each send waits for your approval.
Our logic
A raise runs on trust, and the moments that spend it are a person's: whom you approach, what you send, and who sees your numbers. NIVA does the research and the drafting so you have time for the conversations.
Limits today
- The investor deck and data room serve Nagent's own workspace only. The NIVA screen and room work in a workspace where NIVA is switched on, but the links investors open do not yet show another workspace's raise.
- NIVA sends nothing on its own. Every email goes from your mailbox after you approve it.
